I knew of people that lied about checking pressure on peoples eyes. Most of the people that work there are so disgruntled and nasty people. They have a low rating for a reason. If you are a patient expect to wait forever because they will keep on adding more and more of you and not adding more doctors, staff, or getting a bigger space to manage it. I didn't even know I had cataracts until my annual exam on Thursday, July 25th. I've been wearing eyeglasses/contacts for over 30 years. I'm just amazed that I no longer need corrective eye wear. It's so nice to see clearly when I wake up in the mornings or during the night. It's also nice not to wake up laying on my glasses because I fell asleep while watching TV with them on. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone for eye exams or services. On March 17th, I had…read moremy appointment. They were going to order my trials. On April 3rd I called to find out what was taking so long. "Oh they have been in you can stop by." This was 2 weeks after my original appointment. They were miss labeled. The left was labeled right and the right labeled left. After a few days, I discovered this error. I brought this to their attention and acted as if I had done something wrong. I was not able see out of them in the correct eyes either. I called and went in for another visit. Those trials were not any better. I still could not see in the distance. They were ordering me another pair of trials. After a week, all I want now is my original prescription and move on. But they still cannot do that either. It took them 2 days after several calls to get that emailed to me.
