I also noticed my speaker mesh was missing. I also got a screen protector for extra protection. A couple days later, I dropped my phone from about two feet high. My phone BREAKS IN HALF. I took it back. Scotty was rude and tells me it's my fault and "maybe if I didn't drop my phone so much this wouldn't happen." Unfortunately I dropped my phone tonight too, but it was not a bad fall this time either. The screen protector was fine, but the cheap glass under was not. My phone screen is shattered again. I started inspecting and found that around the edges, the white is made up of a cheap, thin plastic and some paint. PLEASE do not come here. Save your money.

I have been trying to switch my kids to my phone plan from prepaid to postpaid for months, AND…read moremigrate their numbers over so that they can keep the same phone number . A friend of mine who use to manage an ATT store told me she thought my reason for not being able to get a resolution is that although the stores are capable of migrating the phones, they don't want to because they don't get paid a (commission) for it. When I say I've called all over Arkansas to try to get this done - the Hot Springs store, the store nearest me in Conway, Little Rock store, and all deferred me to call ATT customer service and customer service would defer me back to the stores as they claimed it was outside their wheelhouse. It was frustrating because no one would attempt to do it. I was taking my son to his piano lesson in Greenbriar and I passed an ATT store as I was enroute and I thought I would give that store a shot. Before going I did call first because I didn't want to waste my time. Zach answered and told me to come in and they would try but said I may encounter some issues. He and Kim worked with me that day and when I say he went above and beyond as he read through error codes to see what they were saying I needed to do to get my numbers switched. I did a few things they suggested that day and they told me to return back in maybe 48 hours. This location is around 40 minutes from my house - there are much closer locations. I was just there that day for piano and we didn't have piano the next week to come back then (for a mutual purpose). These people were the ONLY people who tried to assist. When I say I ran back up to that store (gas be damned) within the timeframe they gave ! And still encountered issues ! In which I was helped by Geoff and Zach this day and once again every error message they read through and looked them up to tell me what to do. Turns out the last issue was that I needed to unlock my credit report so they can run it for the phones. (Sigh). They guessed at which agency for me to contact and that's the one I did (online) and unlocked it for them to get my approval for my lines. And they were able to transfer all my lines and my kids were able to keep their number. As a thank you, I purchased a phone from them and added a line of service to my plan. I am so grateful and appreciate the service because you do not get service like this anymore. They all need to be given a bonus if just for customer service.
