The shop is cluttered, so expect to do some digging. When you find something you like, the price tag will be next to nothing. I picked up an oxford cloth button down for a buck. But after learning that her friend had actually tried on this very dress three weeks earlier, we realized we should've received that quite substantial discount, but did not. As we were trying to decide whether or not to purchase the dress, I told the owner/manager that we'd like to step out for a minute and get a snack and discuss. She said, oh no; we're closing in 2 minutes. We foolishly let this rush us into an immediate purchase, then later checked the store hours and learned that they were scheduled to be open for another hour. And finally, when we were deciding whether to purchase this dress over another much less expensive alternative, the owner told us that this one would end up being far less expensive once alterations were made. This couldn't have been further from the truth, and my alterations professional couldn't stress enough how complicated an alteration this dress proved to be due to its fabric, pattern, and overall style. She gave us a discount, saying she felt bad for us being misled by The Royal We and having already paid so much for the gown.
