I called and spoke to a lady named Heather while my wife was still there. So they got my wife a new computer. The problem I have is that I never should have had to call them. My wife is Asian and she doesn't get the same treatment that other people do. Or at least it has happened before in the past. Me being a disabled veteran should not have to call up there to get someone to help her. You would think that for us purchasing a new computer that they would offer a gift card or something. But Apple thinks they are doing us a favor. When I ran car dealerships I would never have treated my customers like this. We own about 10 Apple products which we love but they have gotten so big that they don't care about their customers. I will also be sending a letter to the disabled veterans of America. Thank you

I inquired about the student discount and they said that I had to return it and then go back by the iPads for an associate to help me repurchase it. I waited back by the iPads for over an hour with no help and even asked the greeters at the front door if I needed to do something else to get help. They said, "no just wait there". That was not helpful And I never was helped by anyone despite many employees loitering around with seemingly nothing to do. They are awful there.

After a very short wait, Anthony told my friend he was ready for her. She has mobility issues and when he observed her struggling to get to the counter, he immediately said he'd come to her so he took a seat beside her to assist. I was very impressed with his kindness and patience as she explained the problems that she was having with the phone. We'd thought she needed the battery replaced but Anthony determined fairly quickly that there was a Verizon scanning app running in the background and that was draining the battery. We were on our way in under 15 minutes and he did not charge her anything for his time. I was quite impressed with his professionalism and knowledge but especially his kindness. I'm definitely heading to this shop when I need repairs to my phone!

The manager was supposed to either take the device back or discount the the device I was given, as it was CLEARLY their mistake. I was told to wait until after the iPhone 17 came out and he would have better luck discounting the cost of the phone. Epic fail. He did neither and now, three billing cycles later, I was told that I could not add insurance to my lines. After multiple calls and three plus hours later, I finally got SOME financial restitution; but it was not without exaggerated frustration. I would NOT recommend this store. To say they are representative of AT&T as a whole would probably be unfair. But, so far my experience has been less than pleasant nor satisfactory. If your carrier is not AT&T, stay where you are!!!

He asked me if I have CashApp. Then, asked for my CashApp ID info. Suddenly, I received a request for $450. AFTER SENDING the $450, Joshua calles back asking for another $150, which I refused to send. Joshua refused my request for a refund of my $450. Three different people claimes ro be the manager. One person took down my name and # to give to the owner, who has not returned my call.
