Communication from the Operations Manager (Josh) and the owner (Ron) was extremely poor. Phone calls were not returned for weeks at a time. The first installer performed substandard work, requiring a second installer to remove and redo the entire job. The second installer (Jonivan) arrived late on both days and made multiple trips back to the shop for forgotten materials. A project estimated to take 8-10 hours ultimately took months and two installers. I was told by the salesperson that a licensed plumber would perform all plumbing work. The plumbing was completed by an unlicensed individual, which I did not discover until after installation. Given these issues, I have serious concerns about the company's ability to honor warranty obligations. I have rated this business 1 star and cannot recommend them.

When we brought it to the local office's attention in Fayetteville, AR, we were given the run around for THREE weeks. When they were finally able to get a hold of corporate in Little Rock, we were told they would only take the product back if we paid $700 out of pocket as a re-stocking fee.... We have told all our family and friends in the area working on projects to never buy product from ABC, a mistake we will not make again.
