We went to Today's Patio based on their selection and the great reviews. Stephanie was absolutely the best! She took us around the large showroom and had us sit in every set to make sure that the back support was enough. There was no pressure at all. Once we narrowed it down to 2 sets she just let us sit and figure out which one we wanted. She was patient, very knowledgeable, and so very nice to work with. Today David and Dylan called to let us know they were on their way, they arrived, inspected, placed and removed all the coverings. They were awesome. A+ for customer service all around! As new transplants to San Diego from San Francisco we were down to enjoy some sun on our balcony, but wanted quality comfortable furniture built to last. Isaac Yacar immediately greeted us and explained all about the company and the companies they work with. After that there was no high sales pressure even though it was the first day open after Covid19 shutdown. We spent two hours trying out everything (very large showroom) and narrowed it down to two sets. Isaac gave us prices and then we left. Isaac said good-bye and told us his schedule without any schedule. Two days later we went back and sat for another hour and finally made our decision after we had visited a couple of other showrooms in the area which he encouraged us to be good consumers. The selection and quality did not compare at the other stores so we were comfortable with Isaac and Today's Patio. Due to Covid it would be almost three weeks for delivery, but Issac assured us we would be happy with the delivery company. Once home we tried to reserve our building's elevator for the date of delivery, but it was not available. I called the store and Angela was extremely helpful and worked with the movers to find a date that worked for us. Delivery day Cesar (owner) and Anthony of San Diego called 1 hour before delivery and the 15 minutes before arrival. It was a very snug fit and they both handled the furniture like it was their own. The unpacked and put all the cushions on completed the job in less than 30 minutes. Both were very professional and I will be doing a separate review for them and will use them for any future moves in this area. Everything is even more comfortable than we remembered in the store and are very pleased with our purchase. I don't even know where to start! I am so pleased with my purchases. My experience started with a very helpful gentleman in the San Diego store named Isaac. He has great taste and gave me great advice. I was buying furniture for 3 separate seating areas yet I needed them to be distinctly different and coordinate at the same time. He was so helpful and realistic with the time lines for delivery. I had to contact the store several more times to coordinate delivery and to order another umbrella out of AZ after an accident. When everything was delivered yesterday, I could not be happier. Top notch outdoor furniture but gaps in communication between employees. We had ordered custom cushions in March and are just now getting them (almost September). After going to every furniture store (from local patio places to large mall retailers) I can say Today's Patio has the best selection, most knowledgeable employees and realistic product delivery. They aren't trying to sell you products that won't be available for 6 months or that require $500 for shipping & delivery. Angela was so knowledgeable, and most of all was so patient with us while we decided between two different sets. I made three trips in before I was ready to pull the trigger and she recognized me every time, but never pressured me to buy something I wasn't sure of. Steve Macias was very helpful and patient with us as we were picking out new swivel rockers and ottomans. We purchased Tropitone furniture back when the store was Saddleback. It was helpful that Steve had worked there and was very knowledgeable about Tropitone products. Our existing Tropitone furniture is fifteen years old and has held up beautifully, so we purchased two more of their chairs. We wanted to get replacement slings for our existing chairs even though the warranty had expired. Steve was able to call Tropitone and convince them to honor the warranty and get replacement slings at no cost. Angela Clark is nothing but awesome! After going to many, many stores in search of the right fire pit, we went to Patio's Today, and, Angela, with her infinite knowledge, showed us all the available options including manufactures, color, texture, etc., etc. After the six-week production wait, our pit arrived today. Chris and Steve (?) made the delivery painless. We didn't have enough room on the side of our house, but, they said, "No problem," and within 2 minutes, with their strength, and great attitudes, our pit was where we wanted it to be. Tonight, my wife and lit up the fire pit and jumped in the Jacuzzi and it was awesome. Probably the most satisfying soak we've had in years. People here have no clue what they are doing. Their furniture is overpriced and they have a huge showroom that was completely dead when we visited. We understand they have a large overhead but could not stomach some of the prices. We ended up going to another store down the street, which we should have visited first, and bought a seating set and firepit for less than what the firepit was these guys quoted us! read more

We are return customers here. 1st experience was very good. This second visit was completely different. Purchased a table and chairs. It was supposed to take about 2 weeks to arrive at local store. I called to find out when we could expect it. Lady explained it would take a day or two to sort it all out and we would hear from the salesman the following week. That came and went and we heard nothing. I was in the area and stopped into the store to find out what was going on. She called said someone in the storeroom about our furniture order. Came back we had to wait another 5 days. Very disappointed on the lack of communication. I will think long and hard before every going back.
