It probably took 45 minutes to get our food after the order was made, but staff was attentive throughout. We both agreed that every item on both plates was excellent. You could tell that care went into the selection and preparation of each ingredient. The only downside was the coffee-- which was dismal. This is a dish that I love but do not eat often, because it usually has meat pre-mixed into the gravy. Stopped in for breakfast on Easter. Seated quickly by friendly waitstaff. Clean and new decor. Lots of great options on the menu. Ordered the crab cake benny which tasted ok but was disappointed the eggs were over cooked and crab cakes more filler than crab (by at least 2:1). A hidden gem in Macon. Went here with my family this morning for brunch. The restaurant is nicely decorated and the ambiance is super cozy. The customer service was good. We were sat as soon as we walked in. The food was very flavorful. The biscuit that came with the meal was cold but our waitress brung out a fresh one. We ordered the shrimp and grits, fish and grits, 3 meat omelette, and French toast. Our total was $65.00 which is really good. I will definitely be back. The parking was good. Kelly was amazing. And the only thing more amazing was their perfectly cooked poached eggs. I had a smoked salmon egg's Benedict, something that I consider myself a connoisseur of. Perfection. The place was super clean. The staff were really friendly. Our server was amazing. Let's talk about food. The deviled eggs are ok. Nothing special about them. I had to add salt and hot sauce to them. Worst dining experience in a very long time. Very loud with the ceiling acoustics not absorbing any of the conversation, music or noise in the restaurant so you have to yell to hear anyone at your table. Food was disgustingly sub par at best. We shared a club sandwich bc we weren't very hungry. Good thing because we didn't even finish that due to quality of the meal. We ordered it on gluten free bread due to an intolerance, choose Swiss cheese when offered a choice of cheeses. What arrived was hands down the worst gluten free bread I've ever experienced. It tasted and appeared as if it had been stuck and forgotten in the back of a freezer. Dried out, tasteless and crumbling apart. It seemed there had been a futile but failed attempt to toast it, as the crust was kind of warm in a few areas, and even more dried out. Basically it was cold, dry bread that truly should have been tossed out and explained they didn't have any available rather than serve it. It arrived with American cheese and a side of cold tasteless butter. Butter? When we questioned it, the person who appeared possibly to be a manager or owner and had delivered it didn't seemed surprised by the butter on the side. He did return it to the kitchen and it was redelivered with a slice of cold Swiss cheese and no butter. We attempted to eat it but it was such bad quality (underripe pinkish and tasteless tomato, a few shreds lettuce, bacon crumbles that were hard as gravel and scarcely scattered about in the sandwich, a speck or two of mayonnaise and the most disgusting looking "lunchmeat") that we had a few fries and left 80% of the food. The waitress was extremely nice, and I hope they either get it together or she finds a job where her professional attitude will earn her far more tips than this place. We tipped her well as food quality like this falls on ownership or management, not frontline employees. The woman at the table next to us commented she'd been here the day prior and it was awful, but due to comments from colleagues she was giving it another try. She and we said no more. Macon could use a good, fun restaurant like this, but unless they up their food game, they may not last long. Word of mouth is great, but only of the quality backs up the recommendations. This place was phenomenal. Came in at around 2 on a Sunday and was told a 10 minute wait but was almost immediately seated. Autumn was our server and she was very informative, attentive, and personable. Manager was professional and friendly. The restaurant was clean and had a nice, soft look to it, big windows to see outside the front of the restaurant and a beautiful wrap around bar. Now the food was nothing short of amazing! I had a tequila sunshine to drink and it was the perfect brunch beverage to wash down the food. Disappointed in second visit. First visit a week ago was great! Second visit was very disappointing and overall food/service was so bad that we will not be back. We ordered the same meals as the week prior, Fish & Chips. This week tater tots were not even warm, fish was okay, slaw tasted like it was out of a plastic bucket off a food truck and those jalapeño hushpuppies that we were looking forward to were as hard as a rock and almost black! So hard that we couldn't even eat them. Appeared that they had been cooked much earlier and refried to heat up but someone one forgot to get them out of the fryer. Service was great last week and even though they weren't super busy at 1.45, we had to chase someone down to get utensils AFTER our food came out. The wait staff was too busy over at a table petting and taking pictures of a dog that someone had at their table. Not sure but think this is against health department regulations to have a dog inside at a booth just outside the kitchen doors. One of the waitstaff even picked it up and petted it. We totally lost our appetite. Thankfully we had already gotten our food. I took pictures of all these shenanigans but I'm not going to post them because of others sitting near. However, I do think the health department should be notified. We did tell our server about the hushpuppies as she also was too busy taking photos of the little white dog to notice that our food was not up to par. She did offer, when she brought the check to bring us 2 fresh hushpuppies but we didn't want anything from anyone because of the dog in the restaurant. We have 6 animals and love animals but it's disgusting to see servers handling a dog inside a restaurant whole they are serving food and drinks. read more

First time visit. We came for a birthday brunch. The wait was reasonable 25 minutes for a Sunday afternoon (1:30pm) , which was great. After being seated our party of 8 waited nearly 15 minutes before seeing any server. She took our drink and app order and went to fill those, then brought drinks. She came back around 10 min later to take our food orders. Shortly after ordering our food the app of deviled eggs arrived. Food came out about 15 minutes later after that. Everything looked yummy. Now for the minor issues: the biscuits and gravy were cold, the omelet had minimal cheese but had lots of meat, they forgot bacon on one dish but fixed that quickly. We ordered the "Potatoes for the Table" $6.99 dish of tater tots and one person had a side of tots $3.99 and another person had tots as a side to her burger. The pictures attached are these 2 dishes we paid for of tots (I didn't snap a picture of the burger side of tots) of nearly identical portion sizes The side with the burger was the largest portion of tots out of the 3 orders. When we mentioned this to the sever she said one was 8oz and one was 5oz and they were correct. We ate our meals and when the check came I asked to speak to the manager about the portion sizes of the tots. She stated about the ounces and portions sizes again and I showed her the pictures of the same quantity and her response was what would you like me to do about it. I asked to remove the app portion and charge the side portion. She took our ticket and walked away. She ended up removing the app completely which I thanked her for and that was very nice. Now for the good, the cheese grits were some of the best we have ever had! So good, highly recommend. The ranch was also very delicious. The food was good but not spectacular. The birthday person did get a free dessert which was very nice. Over all it was an ok experience but I don't think we will add this local place to our regular rotation. We will come back but just be sure to not order the potato appetizer and will remember they have inconsistent portion sizes and service was a bit slow. read more

My mother, niece, and nephew met at toasted today for brunch. What a treat! Our waitress recommended the sausage charcuterie, wow, coffee, apple spiced, and priority blend ... interesting and shareable. 5stars! She also thought we should try their French toast stuffed with raspberry! Gorgeous presentation and even better on tongue! The chicken sandwich was served on a soft chabata roll that perfectly paired with the chicken. The fish sandwich was my personal favorite, the fish was lightly battered placed on a brioche bun with perfect tartar sauce and lettuce, I will order this again! Toasted has been the talk of the the town and let me just say, the talk is true. This place is GOOOOD! I stopped in for Sunday brunch with a girlfriend. We were originally told it would be a 30 minute wait but we were seated in about 10/15 minutes. The setup is nice, beautiful decor, large bar where seating is also available. After ordering we did have a bit of a wait before the food came out but nothing outrageous considering the Sunday rush. Our server Naya was knowledgeable and helped us decide on that to eat. I ordered the Crab Cake Benedict with a side of tots. It was 10/10 AMAZING. There was a mix up with my order / another issue that had dampened my experience here temporarily, however the manager Tony handled it quickly and I truly appreciated that. I will 100% be bringing my husband and kids here with me next time.The food is one thing, but the care and service made me appreciate this restaurant on a different level. Cannot really rate the food because we could never get seated. We arrived and there were not many waiting, so we asked for the wait time and was told 25 minutes. We were good with this time until 35 minutes passed and notice a lot of new arrives being seated ahead of us. When we inquired they stated those seated ahead of us had been placed on the wait list?? Not sure what was occurring but the young ladies at the front were rude and obviously not trained to handle customers. We spoke to the manager and he stated they were putting a table together for us now. We continued to wait another 15 minutes and at an hour, we left. Gave us a meat lovers when we asked for the American with no Canadian bacon. She brought us the meat lovers. We had her remake it to the American and she left meat in it.
