The sofa was made in the time committed but delivery was communicated the night before at 7 pm to deliver during Thanksgiving week. We were not home. I was told if I didn't except the less than 24hr notice the delivery cost would increase by $100. I followed up with her the following week and was told the delivery team would reach out to me when available. After not hearing from them I arranged my own pickup and delivery from a private source. I had ordered a second set of cushion covers but they were not with the sofa. After notifying Janay she said she was checking. Fearing they would not match the sofa I tried to cancel, but was told they were at the warehouse. That was on 12/16, I have not heard from her since. Today is 1/7. My neighbor had the exact same experience. I try to support local business but now I'm afraid I will not see the extra covers I paid for. I would not recommend this business.

There were a few items I wanted to return but didn't or it was too late. A $20 soldering iron (just felt like I should eat the mistake on the $20 soldering iron instead of making Home Depot eat it) and a $99 camping rocking chair that I don't like (figured out I didn't like it after the return window closed). But all in all, Home Depot has great prices. They offer a Veteran's discount which is huge, because very few places offer that. And they have good products. And the return process is one of the best.

I thought that the beds were really expensive but I also know that they are very well made. my last mattress was less than a thousand but only lasted five years. this one can be flipped and from the reviews seems like it will last much longer. the full was delivered the next day but the 3/4 we put on hold because they needed exact measurements. this bed frame was built in the 1700s when nothing was standard. it took a month and a half before we were ready to have them make it. after they delivered it they sent me a huge bill for an invoice that i had already paid. i was worried about this, because i had paid so far in advance. another company did this to me and they are still sending me bills ten years later and i have to check my credit report constantly and have on cue a legal argument in case they do, because they wound't fix it. these guys fixed the problem right away and apologized for sending me bills for a month. a lot of companies don't do this kind of service anymore and customers fall through the cracks, so for all these reasons i keep my five star rating.

We worked with Jamie, Pam (I think this is the woman working at the front desk - if not, she's great too) and Clyde who did the upholstery. We encountered other employees as well and all were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We weren't sure about the exact material and color we wanted so they presented several options and explained the pros and cons of each material choice. We decided on a medium brown leather. They met every timeline and commitment they made to us. We couldn't be happier with our chairs. The finished product is high quality and fits in perfectly with our snack bar area. I highly recommend this company and I would definitely use them again.
