We were in the area visiting Heist Spirits and needed to get something to eat before the concert at Star Lake. I called the restaurant, and the woman who answered asked for my name and number and if I knew their location. I said yes, and she mentioned they were near McDonald's. I told her we were at Heist Spirits and would find it. She insisted I provide the address to confirm I knew the location. This made me a bit skeptical, and I considered hanging up because the call was getting a bit odd. However, I proceeded to place my order. She listed all the chicken sandwiches they had, even though I already knew what I wanted. Parking here is inconvenient. You can't park on the street or the side; you need to park in the lower part and walk up, which is not ideal. Despite the odd start, our food turned out to be incredibly good. We had a buffalo and ranch chicken sandwich with fries. The service was good, assuming the million questions are due to frequent issues they encounter. I would come back here if I'm in the area again. I'd like to try the pizza next time. read more

I have been picking up TNT pizza and sandwiches regularly during the Covid breakout. The food is excellent as usual. There is always plenty of cheese on the pizza and the sandwiches are loaded. I have health problems so they let me park out front and bring my pizza to my car. They are caring and conscientious individuals. read more

No Problems! Food and service were great! I ordered a regular pizza and was pleased to find it was served on a type of paper liner rather than just thrown in the box like other places. (Nice touch). The people that are responsible for answering the phones are so rude and act like your order is an inconvenience. I work relatively close and there aren't many options for lunch if you forget -I will starve before I order from there anymore. My coworkers have given them so much business and they STILL are not friendly or remotely appreciative. When I have ordered previously the food was mediocre at best. Do yourself a favor and just order from Fox's for the same quality food but nicer staff. read more

Extremely rude and overpriced. I spoke to an individual over the phone for getting food delivered, and she was very, very disrespectful. I'm not from the area but could only find this place within a drive's distance from my aunt's that had pizza for delivery or take-out. I'd drive all the way to another state just to avoid this restaurant. UPDATE 2/16/17: My experience from there afterwards with this restaurant has been really enjoyable. Despite the first encounter, their food is still pretty top notch. We decided to give them another try and were more than pleased. Had this pizza for the first time last week and was not disappointed. The Italian Pizza was awesome with the toppings under the cheese and it actually had ample sauce on it. Also had just a plain pepperoni and it was good as well. Will definitely be back! read more

This past weekend, I sent my daughter to pick up an order that I had made. It was the night before Easter, so I had a house full of company and decided to order from TNT. I sent my daughter to pick up the order who is not from area. I forgot to tell her what name and number it was under. Rather than be kind and helpful, which I always try to be especially when dealing with the public, the owner and his cashier were belittling and humiliating to her. She was so upset and asked that they just give her the money back. He refused. When she came home, I called and asked to speak to the owner. From the moment he came on the phone, he was yelling at me. No apology. No remorse. He basically said he is to busy to be nice and justified his awful behavior. Let us help Tony out by ordering from somewhere else. I highly recommend LaCucina in Weirton, WV. They have a wood fired oven and their pizza is phenomenal!! Way better than TNT. read more

I've been calling tnt for the past four years, spending well over $250 a month on over priced bar food. Nonetheless, my family loves their food and it comes quickly. Tonight was the first night I've had an issue with my order. No big deal, or so I thought. I called back, was put on hold and was absolutely disrespected by the MANAGER!!! I'm in complete and total shock! We have been loyal customers for four years and you can bet your bottom dollar you will NEVER again get my business!!!! Really disappointing. I read a good review on another site and taught I would try it and lets just say I was not impressed. The meal cost me around $75. I ordered 3 Philly cheese stakes plain with fries a medium pizza.The Philly's were just plain bad one had no cheese but hey they gave us onions so it went immediately to the trash, the other two had 1 slice of American cheese each. Also someone should let them know a Philly is chopped up rib eye steak and not staekems. My son said the chicken sandwich was good and he also liked the fries and fried pickles. The pizza was pretty bad to in fact I think only 2 slices were eaten. I hate to give a bad review but when you spend that much on take out it should at least be average.
