From start to finish, the entire process was easy and enjoyable. I'm so glad we visited the Gilbert showroom to finalize our choice. Every door on display was absolutely beautiful, but the one we selected--the Santa Fe Iron Entry Door with Nail Heads, finished in Antique Bronze, with a twisted bauble-style handle--was the perfect complement to our pueblo-style townhome. One of our favorite features is the amount of natural light it brings into our living room. The space feels brighter and more inviting, and we especially love being able to open the glass portion of the door to let in fresh air while still maintaining security. The craftsmanship is exceptional. This door is incredibly solid and substantial--it honestly feels more like a vault door than a typical front entry door. He guided us through all the options with some recommendations. He was great, very knowledgeable and there was no pressure. The windows came in a little earlier than estimated and Jamie got us scheduled very easily for the install. Adam and his crew completed the install on a very hot day in June. They worked efficiently, even though I believe they may have been short handed that day. Again, the install was completed in a shorter time than promised and the work they did was so professional. Just a few scuffs to paint here and there which are to be expected with a big job like this, so no problem there at all. The windows have completely elevated the look of our home. The cost was more than reasonable. And this week the temperatures outside are around 108 and I already notice some difference in the room over our garage that is always the warmest in the house.
