Diesel truck 2 bad batteries called the store Saturday night about 10 minutes until store closed, said he was about 20 minutes out and needed batteries. Customer informed store closed at 10 and they were going thru shut-down procedures and cash registers wouldn't be avail, however if could pay with card they could do transaction. Took customers order over phone. Store was closed, he arrived at 1020, Scott helped employees install his batteries. 2. New Yrs 2019 Family returning to Kansas from Montana, Chevy Suburban, Waterpump went out. Customer ordered parts on-line. Assisted customer in store swap-out fan blade assy, they couldn't get it off installed new blade assy. They bought 4 gallons of 50/50 mix antifreeze $70 sum bux plus tax. Customer informed let's see if we can find an empty gallon container, they inquired why. Customer informed we're here to try to save you money also. We found an empty container, refunded customer the money and recharged him for the straight anti-freeze, made their own 50/50 mix of antifreeze, saved customer about $40 bux. 3. Dec 2019 Customer had bad thermostat, purchased parts but not really sure how to change out parts. Employee changed thermostat for customer in about 15 minutes 4. Dec 2019 Customer purchased wiper blades and headlight bulb at another business, they couldn't install them, came into store told us they bought elsewhere but asked if we would install them. Customers parts installed.

Based on spend after receipt I am likely far behind! This time I found a truck in Cheyenne, WY that looked interesting. It had a diesel engine and they can be really expensive to repair. And it is 26 years old. I wanted an independent set of eyes on the truck locally. After reading their reviews on YELP, I decided to contact CARS (Cheyenne Auto Repair & Service-clever, right?). Rachel answered the phone and she was amazing. Rather than treating me like the lunatic I am, she was kind, thoughtful and asked good questions. She also provided excellent and timely follow up. While it is not a service they typically offer, she arranged for one of their certified diesel mechanics, Dylan, to stop by the dealership and give the truck the once over. His review was thorough and included an estimate of what he recommended in terms of repairs. He is calling me later to chat about the truck and his report as a measure of follow through. I could not have been happier with the friendliness, professionalism, quality and speed of service. Outstanding company and outstanding people. I would highly recommend CARS for your car services. Avoid Cheyenne Auto Repair and Service. I brought my 2015 Subaru Impreza here to fix a failing…read morefront right wheel hub and a negative camber issue from a previous accident. Instead of properly diagnosing the bent suspension component, they just threw parts at it. They charged me $731 to replace both front control arms, which completely failed to fix the negative camber. They also charged me a $55 diagnostic fee to "inspect tires and check for cause of uneven wear," and then completely failed to fix the problem causing the uneven wear. To make matters worse, they returned my car with extensive body damage that wasn't there before. There are strange, veiny scratch marks everywhere across my front left quarter panel and the driver's door. I have no idea what happened while my car was in their bay, but it is entirely unacceptable. Mechanically, their work was just as careless. They handed the car back to me with a crooked steering wheel. They didn't perform an alignment after replacing the control arms, which is basic mechanical negligence and will quickly ruin my tires. In fact, on the invoice written by John and Will, they actually printed "DOES NOT include alignment" for the control arm replacement - admitting they left a major suspension job incomplete. When I asked about it, they told me to hold off on the alignment until I paid them to replace both front wheel hubs. Wheel hubs do not need to be replaced in pairs, and replacing a hub doesn't affect alignment anyway. They failed to find the actual bent part, scratched up the side of my car, and tried to hold my car's drivability hostage with terrible mechanical advice to upsell me on unnecessary work. Take your vehicle to a real shop that respects your property and doesn't try to scam you.

After doing an in-depth inspection and no issue being found, Nate asked if he could drive it around to see if it happened again. After no issues during his drive, he brought it directly to me at the hotel we were at. He gave us ideas on what might have been the cause, answered all my questions (despite some of them probably being ridiculous!), and said they'd be happy to help if we have any issues in the future. These guys went way above and beyond amd showed true concern for our needs and car issues versus us just being a number and a paycheck. Words can't describe how grateful I am for their help and patience (and the fact that it didnt cost an arm and a leg just for no issues to be found!).

They are part of Novus Auto Glass in Cheyenne, but they do PDR (paintless dent repair) Hail damage…read morerepair and spray in truck bed liners. I had JD do my 2007 Dodge Ram bed liner in 2007. I've used my truck to haul horses, hay, grain, lumber, pipe, fencing and gate panels for 9 years before I sold it, and the liner still looks great! There was 1 (yes, just one) chip in the liner on the tailgate. Every place the bed was dented, the liner still adhered well. It added a tough non-slip surface that wasn't so gritty you couldn't sit on it. I planned on getting another super liner on my new truck, but I came with a factory sprayed in liner. My new 2016 RAM 3500 Longhorn Laramie got caught in a hail storm... just over 1000 miles and $3500 worth of hail damage. The insurance estimators said that everything but one dent could go paintless, but the one in the aluminum hood would need traditional repair and repainting... (and almost impossible paint matching). JD said he understood what they were looking at, but he could do it - and he did. After 2 days in their shop, no one, and I mean NO ONE can even guess where any dents were. I will use them again. And again. And Again. I can not recommended them strongly enough.
