After doing an in-depth inspection and no issue being found, Nate asked if he could drive it around to see if it happened again. After no issues during his drive, he brought it directly to me at the hotel we were at. He gave us ideas on what might have been the cause, answered all my questions (despite some of them probably being ridiculous!), and said they'd be happy to help if we have any issues in the future. These guys went way above and beyond amd showed true concern for our needs and car issues versus us just being a number and a paycheck. Words can't describe how grateful I am for their help and patience (and the fact that it didnt cost an arm and a leg just for no issues to be found!).

Late this past summer, our mother in law was involved in a serious accident. Mother was shaken and in pain for months, and the kids that hit her had no insurance! I took our 2000 Dodge Dakota to several big name collision repair centers and they had huge estimates and seemed uninterested and were obviously just in business to gouge insurance companies. One conversation with Gary, and I knew I had finally found the right shop. First off, Gary's shop is clean, there's not a bunch of junk and garbage all over the place. Also, Gary himself took care of us from start to finish. His estimate was entirely fair and nearly HALF of what the others were charging for the same work! We picked up our Dodge today and WOW! I can't believe it's the same truck that barely crawled onto his lot. He and his team did an amazing job, matching the paint, replacing the passenger door, repairing the fender, the trim etc. The truck was washed, vacuumed and even smelled nice. Sat 6/19/26 agreed to a cash purchase of $40584.50 plus TTL and finding out I still…read morewould be required to pay Co title fees based off msrp $45053 plus the 4.75% tax I decided not to do the contract. I didn't want the car costing approx 43k after TTL as I addressed with John & Andrew. I had originally agreed to pick up car 6/20 as I left $3000 down payment and was to pay balance with cashier check balance $37584.50. 6/20 early morning I called to asked about the fees and they told me misinformation. However I made the trip all the way down there because I was given wrong information on the fees. 6/20 I went to the dealer to cancel the contract due to the price. The dealer offered me a better deal and I then agreed to use my $3000 paid on Friday as a down payment. The dealer had a better discount & rebate if I financed with Honda. I signed preliminary paperwork for cost of car TOTAL @ $39434.50. I reviewed contract it appears dealer changed the cost to $40299.50 plus 35.00 title registration fee. This total from the document I signed is exactly over by $900.00 there fore the rebate from Honda is a wash! I sent email to dealer the same evening that I financed the car after the discrepancies' were caught. Andrew had offered me an extra $500 off from dealer and if finance he had better car deal to get the car lowered with a Honda rebate of $900. I felt rushed when I financed papers it was taking so long for the finance paperwork. My credit score is great @ 789 so I don't know what was going on. Therefore my amount to be financed upon our discussion should have been $37371.48 but instead I was charged $382305.98. The total of this is the difference of 934.50 as sneaky charge making it appear as if it is the 899.00 and 35.00 fee. Basiclly they snuck this fee in there as "total other charges and amounts paid to others on your behalf" and are trying to justify it but it is very clear on paperwork. I'm disappointed because I live in Denver co & made the trip three times to Wyoming in good faith. I went 6/24 back within 72 business hours to go over all the documentation with GM Jim something just didn't feel right. I have the original paperwork from the cash offer. 6/24 I spoke to Andrew and he agreed that he could write me a chekc @ 900.00 but then said no he did not see that now. I had to drive back up there and nothing got resolved with GM Jim here because I was given wrong information on the fees. The $934.50 is a sneaky charge I didn't agree to it added back into car price again. In the long run I paid the $900.00 extra to dealer as $40584.50 cash price *4.75 % tax = $42511 and dealer priced me $40,299.50 *4.75 tax = $42170.98 then added $35.00 for total 0f $42205.98. Long story short I did not get the $900.00 back.

I was just a walk in curious about what they could do and was greeted by a very helpful associate who was very knowledgeable about the process. I went i to the sound room ( room full of speakers) and she helped me pick the speaker that I wanted by playing music through the many choices. Once I made my selection she made an invoice and gave me a quote. I thought this was a fair price, and was well worth it for the finished product. After dropping my car off for the scheduled appointment at 9 am they took about till 1:30pm to call and say my car was finished. The end product sounded amazing looked very professionally done and have no complaints. I love my new set up and will be back if I ever wanna upgrade anything else.

All the guys there know who I am and don't treat me different because I am a woman; most of them know me by first name on the phone, what cars I own, etc. The owner has some of the best mechanics around and is always there to help, give advice and feedback, guide us in the right direction, troubleshoot, etc. It is great to see other people who are passionate about motorsports and racing. The fact I trust these guys with my car means I would easily trust them with my life. The owner once told me he took over this place because he couldn't trust a garage and decided the best way to remedy that was to run his own. You can't argue with that! For racers (SCCA Time Trials, Time Attack, Club Racing, Solo) they offer every service possible: Corner balancing, full race support, performance parts and installation, advice, troubleshooting, ECU upgrades, and they also rent race cars as well as offer driver services. For the everyday driver they offer basic services like fluid changes, tire mount and balance, mechanical work, etc. These guys have never lied to me or steered me astray or stretched the truth to make a sale. Their shop prices for parts and labor are very reasonable and they don't round their time up or attempt things they don't know how to do (which I haven't found yet).
