This past holiday…read moreseason, in December, I called and asked if I could make an appointment for a "checkup" to make sure my car was safe to drive long distance. They looked over everything, and I waited in the office, which is enjoyable in itself. When they were done I had my credit card ready, but they didn't charge me. Buck is this amazing man who calls me "Kiddo" and helped me feel safe for my holiday travels. But that's not all. I made another appointment for yesterday and Buck took care of everything; he found the part I needed, and worked with my schedule. I picked up my car today, and a couple of hours later I was driving it and heard an odd sound. I called them and was told to bring it in and they would look at it to see what might be the problem. They looked over everything, found the problem, and fixed it. This is the best service I have ever had from an auto repair shop. Most importantly I know that Buck cares about his customers and has made sure I felt safe on the road. I highly suggest that any single woman, with auto repair needs go here, they will take care of you and will absolutely not take advantage of your pocket book.

They only asked for my phone number when they checked me in and used my name when the car was ready, so they looked up my record there, and knew how many tires and services I've had done there. I have 2 trucks, 2 cars and 4 trailers that all get tires there and most get services there. They charged me $31.95 for a flat repair. First time I've EVER been charged for a flat repair. Then, when I got in the tire that had been low was set to 40psi, even though its supposed to be 35psi. Store wasn't busy, and even after I had them reset the tire pressure, noted they didn't both setting the other tires either. Disappointing. They need a new manager.
