We pulled over to Loves Fuel depot on I-25 and they recommended Grabers Diesel Repair. The Graber team removed the tire, the metal, and used a repair plug but the hole diameter was too large so they installed the spare tire. Then they called several tire shops in Cheyenne and found a Firestone tire shop which was open. All in all, Grabers' spent about an hour plus with us and didn't charge for their time and materials. Avoid Cheyenne Auto Repair and Service. I brought my 2015 Subaru Impreza here to fix a failing…read morefront right wheel hub and a negative camber issue from a previous accident. Instead of properly diagnosing the bent suspension component, they just threw parts at it. They charged me $731 to replace both front control arms, which completely failed to fix the negative camber. They also charged me a $55 diagnostic fee to "inspect tires and check for cause of uneven wear," and then completely failed to fix the problem causing the uneven wear. To make matters worse, they returned my car with extensive body damage that wasn't there before. There are strange, veiny scratch marks everywhere across my front left quarter panel and the driver's door. I have no idea what happened while my car was in their bay, but it is entirely unacceptable. Mechanically, their work was just as careless. They handed the car back to me with a crooked steering wheel. They didn't perform an alignment after replacing the control arms, which is basic mechanical negligence and will quickly ruin my tires. In fact, on the invoice written by John and Will, they actually printed "DOES NOT include alignment" for the control arm replacement - admitting they left a major suspension job incomplete. When I asked about it, they told me to hold off on the alignment until I paid them to replace both front wheel hubs. Wheel hubs do not need to be replaced in pairs, and replacing a hub doesn't affect alignment anyway. They failed to find the actual bent part, scratched up the side of my car, and tried to hold my car's drivability hostage with terrible mechanical advice to upsell me on unnecessary work. Take your vehicle to a real shop that respects your property and doesn't try to scam you.

They had to order the part which took quite a while to get in, but they kept our car in the garage out of the elements and we appreciated that and then they finish the job and called us and it works. As far as I know it works perfectly I hope we don't have to find out, but the little light is out now so that's a relief and we've had them do oil changes and other things through the years and we've been very very pleased with them.

I came all the way from Minnesota but was on my way back to Sacramento Ca where I live. (if you can call it living) I also was inquiring about doing a 6" to 8" stretch on my JK. While in the shop I was shown sone projects and some items were explained about what they could do and offer. When I do strech my Jeep I will have it done here. Diesel truck 2 bad batteries called the store Saturday night about 10 minutes until store closed, said he was about 20 minutes out and needed batteries. Customer informed store closed at 10 and they were going thru shut-down procedures and cash registers wouldn't be avail, however if could pay with card they could do transaction. Took customers order over phone. Store was closed, he arrived at 1020, Scott helped employees install his batteries. 2. New Yrs 2019 Family returning to Kansas from Montana, Chevy Suburban, Waterpump went out. Customer ordered parts on-line. Assisted customer in store swap-out fan blade assy, they couldn't get it off installed new blade assy. They bought 4 gallons of 50/50 mix antifreeze $70 sum bux plus tax. Customer informed let's see if we can find an empty gallon container, they inquired why. Customer informed we're here to try to save you money also. We found an empty container, refunded customer the money and recharged him for the straight anti-freeze, made their own 50/50 mix of antifreeze, saved customer about $40 bux. 3. Dec 2019 Customer had bad thermostat, purchased parts but not really sure how to change out parts. Employee changed thermostat for customer in about 15 minutes 4. Dec 2019 Customer purchased wiper blades and headlight bulb at another business, they couldn't install them, came into store told us they bought elsewhere but asked if we would install them. We were on I80 just passed through late afternoon when engine light came on, 15 miles out of town we turn around and my wife contacted them. They said bring it in and we can check it out for you. They diagnose our truck and told us that they couldn't work on it until the following week, but if we can't wait we would still can drive our truck and in a slower drive. He assured us that we would be able to make it to our destination if we take easy on the truck and we did. They didn't charge us for anything and told us have a safe trip. To my surprise, they called and said it really only needed a good charge and would probably last a couple more years . My F-150 mysteriously refused to start and I had it towed to them. They did diagnostics and found a really expensive fix, then found online that many people had the same issue and it came down to an inexpensive fuse that went bad. Six months later, it still runs like a top for $50 instead of the $1,500 they could have charged. I've recommended them to several friends and family members and heard the same type of stories from them. They are a decent bunch of folks who live up to the Golden Rule.
