Then my 3rd visit. Oh, was I wrong! They blew away my expectations. The whole experience (2 visits) was handled by Colby. This gentlemen rocks (HE DESERVES A RAISE). I have a custom vehicle that will not show up on any drop down menus. Colby did all the leg work to help me figure some things out for my vehicle that i couldn't. The first visit, I wasn't even thinking of purchasing tires and he treated my like a paying customer. Then on the second visit (2 days later) Colby again went above and beyond and set me up right. They only asked for my phone number when they checked me in and used my name when the car was ready, so they looked up my record there, and knew how many tires and services I've had done there. I have 2 trucks, 2 cars and 4 trailers that all get tires there and most get services there. They charged me $31.95 for a flat repair. First time I've EVER been charged for a flat repair. Then, when I got in the tire that had been low was set to 40psi, even though its supposed to be 35psi. Store wasn't busy, and even after I had them reset the tire pressure, noted they didn't both setting the other tires either. Disappointing. They need a new manager.
