Instead of making me wait another day to get new tires on the truck from their sister shop, the manager drove all the way down to Loveland and back to get my tires and get me back on the road. Wow... service has died here. I've been buying tire from here since 1997. I have a Big O card. Went in today because my wife's tire was low. They only asked for my phone number when they checked me in and used my name when the car was ready, so they looked up my record there, and knew how many tires and services I've had done there. I have 2 trucks, 2 cars and 4 trailers that all get tires there and most get services there. They charged me $31.95 for a flat repair. First time I've EVER been charged for a flat repair. Then, when I got in the tire that had been low was set to 40psi, even though its supposed to be 35psi. Store wasn't busy, and even after I had them reset the tire pressure, noted they didn't both setting the other tires either. Disappointing. They need a new manager. read more

I brought my van in due to loosing power on the highway driving back to Colorado. When I dropped it off I described the symptoms and told them it was most likely a bad fuel pump. They said they would diagnose it and go from there. 3 hours into my wait they came out to tell me they damaged my large antenna on top of the van and would waive the diagnostic fee. Still no answer on what the problem is and I mentioned the fuel pump most likely being the problem again. They insisted in checking the plugs and ultimately replaced the coil pack. Now I'm at 6 hours of waiting and they come back to say it's still sluggish so would now check the fuel pressure. And wahla! It's weak and the fuel pump is the issue like I originally suspected and told them about. This all was on a Saturday and right as they were closing so it wouldn't be until Monday to get a pump and fix it. They charged me for the $230 coil pack I didn't need, broke my antenna and I limped the van home. Maybe this Big O should just stick to selling tires. read more

Don't waste your time! My mother- in- law called me from her job and told me that a friend pointed out that she had a low rear tire, she called me, and I picked up her car and took it to the nearest tire store, Big O on Yellowstone. I asked the technician that greeted me if he would just add air to proper pressure, I was in a rush, I knew that it had a slow leak and had plans to put two new rear tires on the car soon. He said sure, took the keys and disappeared into the garage, I waited for around thirty minutes then asked another employee if he could check on it and he reported back after about fifteen minutes saying they just got a space opened up for the car. I said all I needed was about fifteen pounds of air and that I was in a hurry. Now I got on my phone and made arrangements for my wife to pick up my mother-in-law from work and had to change my appointment as I wouldn't be on time. After about fifteen more minutes I saw my technician go to the front door to accept his lunch from the grub hub driver and slip off to the back. An hour and a half and $27.00 later and a $6900.00 estimate for what this little prick thought my car needed, I go on my way, telling myself NEVER AGAIN Big O! I worked at a Big O in Colorado when I was young and I know that this type of behavior and service would have cost me my job. read more

Did an amazing job fixing the mistakes of another shop that put the wrong rotors on my truck, destroying all of my brake system and seals. The also fixed my u joints that were damaged when my ball joints were replaced. My truck runs great after balancing and alignment that was neglected at the other shop. Not to mention charging me $21 a tire for balancing, however there is no balancing weights....... mmmmmm cuz they are trailer tires!!! $264 for two trailer tires on my little flat be trailer for my RZR is crazy..... I took my vehicle to Big O on Yellowstone for new tires. I was told the engine oil cooler line needed to be replaced and they also completed an oil change. After the oil change I noticed oil on the garage floor. I was told it was probably overflow. I drove my vehicle through four states and again noticed oil leaking on the ground. I took my vehicle to a Big O in the state I was currently in. I was told the drain plug was loose and the drain plug gasket looked as if it had been reused, not replaced. The second Big O completed another oil change and replaced the drain plug gasket. I called and advised Colby and Chase of the loose drain plug as well as the cracked drain plug gasket. I initially spoke with Colby who asked what I wanted him to do after I explained what occurred. When I called to speak with store manager, Chase, he said the next oil change they would complete at no charge. It was $2,100 for the tires, parts and labor. I expected quality service from this business and was extremely disappointed with not only the service but with the accountability. read more

Typing this at 7:18 in the morning, they open at 7:30. Driving with my family's boat to North Dakota from AZ, had a blow out, and decided to change all 4 tires to make it the rest of the way. These guys saw me pull up at 7 am, came out to me (I thought they were gonna tell me I was blocking the driveway and to move because I was totally blocking it) but they asked what I needed done and started on it asap. Way beyond my expectations. Pulled up to get new tires information and was greeted with a can do attitude for the tires, alignment and a few assorted concerns. Passing thru on the way to Boise and had to change a tire due to wearing on one side. Justin got me in and I was excited to find they had my size tires in stock, and ended up with 4 new tires. The rest of the story was even better. I had some concerns with a miss or two when accelerating. I asked who they recommend for a tune up and found they do it all. Got tuned, changed out my leaking gaskets and one bad head lamp and got down the road to home. My appreciation is for the extra time afforded me to get everything finished. Took my truck in for an alignment and they say my pitman arm is bad. They failed to notice my wheel hub was about to fall off (I had to figure that out from another shop). They then refused to refund me for another aligment that didn't even align my truck poperly. I even had paperwork from another shop showing the mistake. When I first came to get my alignment they were awesome. It drove straight and they were polite. However, I heard a noise that wasn't there before. They said it is probably my tires showing cords, so I fixed it and got a new tire mounted and balanced. The noise continued. I came back to have them check it out and when Sean heard what I had to say he rolled his eyes. I don't believe he should of showed attitude like that when all I simply wanted was them to check and make sure it wasn't there mistake. It is completely rude and uncalled for. The rest of the guys are great and never gave any attitude. Sean however needs to be reminded how to behave in front of customers. Keep your eye rolls to yourself and express you irritation behind the door or something. I would understand if I was being complicated and rude but I just want my car right. read more

While my 2018 Ram pickup was recently at Big O for an oil change, it was hit by the tire delivery truck (American Tire Distributors) and damaged to the tune of $3400. Neither Big O nor American Tire Distributors has been the least bit helpful in resolving this. I cannot recommend a business that will not be accountable for damage done on their premises by their employees or wholesalers. read more

This doesn't even deserve one star. Today I had to pick up my mom as her car was being towed. Her axel was completely broken in half. It's amazing because she takes her car for regular maintenance as recommended to this establishment and has for over 20 years, so I find it even more amazing that they have been letting her coolant and oil almost run dry but the biggest thing is, how did the axle break off with the bolts still intact? The other establishment we brought it to showed us everything and said it looked like maintenance had not been done on it in a long time. The funny thing is, my mom has trusted these people with all of her cars, she's one of those people that believes what people say since they should be subject matter experts. She would've paid whatever it would've cost to continue to have maintenance done. Do not take your car here unless you want to waste money. We are now having to tow her vehicle to the junkyard. We had a terrible experience. Less than 1 yr. Ago our car broke down. We had it towed to Big O on yellowstone. Less that 1 yr later the alternator died again and we had it towed to big O. They repaired it for us and installed a new battery. Less than 24 hrs later the car broke down in traffic. We had to have it towed again. Come to find out the alternator had never been hooked up and completely drained the new battery. They charged us 280 and change for an error THEY were responsible for. This is unacceptable. We had to pay the tow bill as well. Charging a customer for their error is unacceptable. We had no car for 5 days and could have caused an accident since it broke down during rush hour. To discount 80.00 from the bill. We will never use this company again. My advice is to stay clear of any Big O tires. read more

With no hope left, Corey took over the situation first of all by backing my truck and boat into a tight spot, then managed to round up about 5 obscure parts from 4 different places and got us back on the road. About a year ago I had a flat tire. I called everywhere and no one had the tire but these guys could get it in next day. Though a cheaper tire than my Hankook tires. Great I thought. Next day took my car down and got the tire. Now a year later I thought I should get new tires to be ready for winter and look at my tires and none of them are Hankook. All 4 are some off brand. So where did my tires go? I'll never go there again, at the time it was my last resort. Get desperate and people steal your stuff. read more

My wife discovered a low front tire while shopping, so she stopped in. The guys were very courteous to her, and explained that it'd take a little while to fix because they were pretty busy. The truck was full of groceries, so she called me to come pick her up. When I arrived, several of the guys came out and helped transfer the groceries into my truck. They called us when it was complete (about two hours later.) When we arrived, the fellow at the counter explained that they found a nail in the tire and made the repair. Bought tires for my truck and got an alignment. while doing the alignment my bumper was bumped by the service tech and I was told about it and told to get an estimate and they would gladly pay for it. Got estimate, was told to get two more and one must be from Halladay. Took me two months because of hail in town. Got all estimates and called several times, never heard from Big O. So I called and said I am getting fixed at repair shop and will just send them a bill.... never heard from them. No wonder companies fail all the time, they have irresponsible, and highly unqualified people managing our businesses. Won't have my business any more read more

Needed tires for the approaching storm which arrived the day I finished a grueling drive from Texas to Wyoming. On my previous trip to Cheyenne for work I had a blowout en route and stopped at Big 'O' for a replacement tire. I liked the Big Foot tire so decided to get three more on this trip. When I got to the store I was told they had the tires so I waited for two hours only then to be informed they didn't have the tires. Three days later I received a call informing me my tires were finally at store. So I went in next day and sat for an hour and a half only to be informed that the tires had been delivered to a sister store. I am highly agitated at the overt incompetent way I have been treated at this store! read more

I was hearing more noise come from my brakes then usual, so I stopped by Big O Tires on Yellowstone Rd. I bought my ceramic shoes in February 2007 from Big O on 120th in Thornton, CO with a Lifetime Warranty. So I showed them my paperwork and all I had to pay for was labor to replace my front brake shoes. I went 3 1/2 years and a little over 72,000 miles on my old brake shoes.
