The team who worked on my car to change my oil were like a NASCAR pit crew --all members working in an orchestrated manner. I was kept informed during the entire appointment and given the opportunity to make decisions based on their findings. I was preparing to take a road trip in the morning and a fuel optimizer was recommended. I usually get my oil changed at a business downtown but because I have to give up control of the car, I was never 100% sure if the cabin filter they'd show me was just an old filter they showed customers to make them buy a filter. It could be totally legit but there's no way to really know--unless you visit Take 5 where they show you everything from the dipstick and oil reading, to the cabin filter, and inflating my tires.....and two managers checking in to see if I was given top tier service. Not just yes but "heck yes!" This place sets the bar for outstanding customer service ---and they even graciously gave me a generous discount!

The inner tire had a chunk out of it and wasn't repairable. They had a replacement for it at a reasonable cost and we were back on the road in about 30 minutes. I appreciate that they looked at all tires and didn't just add air to the outer one.

Then justified charging "book rate" 6 hrs. labor, $150/hr, for a job he finished in 1.3 hrs. He ripped off 2 stranded senior citizen vets. People with masters degrees don't make $150/hr but he greedily steals double that by charging multiple customers for the same hours. I will be telling everyone we meet traveling around the country to avoid this immoral greedy thief. If he had any conscience he would refund the 4 hrs. of labor he stole from me. One day he will reep the consequences of ripping people off.
