They have always fixed me up. Skilled mechanics, knowledgeable front office that's friendly and always have communicated with me all the way through the repairs. I've had work done on my diesel trucks, an Acura, and my Toyota. I've even had them work on my 78 Camaro that was a nightmare to diagnose. They chased down the problem and fixed it properly. 3 other shops failed to find the problem but they found it. Not only are they a family business but they've always listened and communicated so well. They have warranted several parts over the years no questions asked. From towing , technical repairs to gremlins on my classic car. These guys and gals deliver every time. They are a successful shop and they'll have cars stacked up out front and they motor thru the work. My vehicles have always gotten handled in an appropriate amount of time. Big Al's has always repaired the my vehicles well. Great team mentality!

Then justified charging "book rate" 6 hrs. labor, $150/hr, for a job he finished in 1.3 hrs. He ripped off 2 stranded senior citizen vets. People with masters degrees don't make $150/hr but he greedily steals double that by charging multiple customers for the same hours. I will be telling everyone we meet traveling around the country to avoid this immoral greedy thief. If he had any conscience he would refund the 4 hrs. of labor he stole from me. One day he will reep the consequences of ripping people off.

I always check tires at the beginning of a trip and at each stop along the way. I was shocked to see belt fabric showing through in Cheyenne! They had been fine at home at dawn. This brand-new-to-us (but used) trailer still had its original tires, which I already had planned to replace soon. I searched "Discount Tire" in my map app, found two in Cheyenne, one with 5 stars on Yelp, the other with 4 1/2, so we drove to the 5-star location. Me: Do you have tires to fit this trailer? I'm a regular Discount Tire customer for our cars, but haven't needed trailer tires until now. The Man: We're "Discount Tire AND SERVICE," not affiliated with "Discount Tire" stores. There's a Discount Tire store 4 miles North; if you want I'll tell you how to get there. (I apologize for not getting the name of "The Man.") Me: Well, thank you, but I'm here and you have 5 stars on Yelp, so I'll talk with you first. The Man: What size do you have? (Walking to my trailer to check as I rattled off the numbers)... Yes, I have these... Me: How much? The Man: One or two? Me: Two; I want two matching tires and no trouble ahead. How much? Total, out the door. The Man: $140 (This was competitive with the best prices I'd seen on line when checking a couple days earlier; he wasn't gouging me, even with my obvious need and out-of-state license plates. Plus he had a premium brand, a notch above what I'd already priced.) Me: How soon? (There were other customers around ahead of me, and I was thinking about a slow moving weekend morning pace, etc.) The Man: Maybe a half hour; we've got some people ahead of you, already in the shop. Me: OK, let's do it! (He disappears into the shop) The Kid: (Just two minutes later, mind you!) Can you back it in this bay? Me: Sure ---------- By the time I set the parking brake and stepped out of the CRV there were two kids, each with a jack; one wheel was already off the ground! With the efficiency likely born in the pit of local dirt-track racing they quickly had both tires changed, with "Baby Moon" hubcaps snapped back in place and wheels on the ground; in less than 10 minutes we were on our way! --------- Me: Now I know why you're "Discount Tires AND SERVICE!" Still owes us a refund check from over a year ago. I've been trying to be in constant communication…read morewith unanswered messages, and supposedly a refund check was sent and "lost" in the mail. Massive frustrations and the fact they still owe us money for over a year and keep jerking our chain making false promises. The car they "fixed" died again from the same issue two months later after multiple delays in the first place. Now they tell us we will get our money back and still no check. Truly believe they keep saying things just to keep us off their back without actually doing anything productive. Car was taken to them December of '23.

Two weeks ago, they called with and estimate of $537 to replace the front crankshaft seal and replace the oil pan gasket. So I agreed to get the work done. They had my car for two more weeks and the repairs didn't get done. Yesterday, they called and said my car still wasn't done. When I asked what the total cost would be, they said the total charges were $650!! I checked the price of the parts - $18.00 for the seal and $20 for the oil pan gasket. Don't take your car to this shop. You will be sorry you did.

We pulled in with an oil leak problem on our Class A Coach (diesel) . We are traveling through Cheyenne, WY area and crossed our fingers we could get someone to handle this issue on a short notice. My husband walked in and spoke with Don & Josh. Great guys !!! Asked a few questions, they said... pull on in. If not today, definitely tomorrow morning. We were fine with that. But.... they were able to get the Coach diagnosed with an oil pan gasket leak & was fixed by the end of the same day we pulled in... amazing service !! It was late, so they let us park outside the gate to spend the night, we left 7:30 next morning to continue our trip. Great service & GREAT Staff. Ann was super friendly and truly wanted to help us. She had us drive over to the shop and her foreman looked at the engine and found the problem in less than a minute. There were mice in the blower fan. The foreman cleaned out the fan and sent us on our way without taking any payment. Great experience!
