Buck is this amazing man who calls me "Kiddo" and helped me feel safe for my holiday travels. But that's not all. I made another appointment for yesterday and Buck took care of everything; he found the part I needed, and worked with my schedule. I picked up my car today, and a couple of hours later I was driving it and heard an odd sound. I called them and was told to bring it in and they would look at it to see what might be the problem. They looked over everything, found the problem, and fixed it. This is the best service I have ever had from an auto repair shop. They have always fixed me up. Skilled mechanics, knowledgeable front office that's friendly and always have communicated with me all the way through the repairs. I've had work done on my diesel trucks, an Acura, and my Toyota. I've even had them work on my 78 Camaro that was a nightmare to diagnose. They chased down the problem and fixed it properly. 3 other shops failed to find the problem but they found it. Then justified charging "book rate" 6 hrs. labor, $150/hr, for a job he finished in 1.3 hrs. He ripped off 2 stranded senior citizen vets. People with masters degrees don't make $150/hr but he greedily steals double that by charging multiple customers for the same hours. I will be telling everyone we meet traveling around the country to avoid this immoral greedy thief. If he had any conscience he would refund the 4 hrs. of labor he stole from me. One day he will reep the consequences of ripping people off.

Take it back they told us they chose time convince over our safety. Then told us it was the fan and charged $400 to replace that. Got back on the road for 2 hours and the water pump is spraying water and the fans aren't moving at all. And not to mention we told them it might be the water pump and they said that they 100% know it's not. For your own safety do not go here. They don't care about you
