They looked over everything, and I waited in the office, which is enjoyable in itself. When they were done I had my credit card ready, but they didn't charge me. I made another appointment for yesterday and Buck took care of everything; he found the part I needed, and worked with my schedule. I picked up my car today, and a couple of hours later I was driving it and heard an odd sound. I called them and was told to bring it in and they would look at it to see what might be the problem. They looked over everything, found the problem, and fixed it. This is the best service I have ever had from an auto repair shop. Most importantly I know that Buck cares about his customers and has made sure I felt safe on the road. We pulled over to Loves Fuel depot on I-25 and they recommended Grabers Diesel Repair. The Graber team removed the tire, the metal, and used a repair plug but the hole diameter was too large so they installed the spare tire. Then they called several tire shops in Cheyenne and found a Firestone tire shop which was open. All in all, Grabers' spent about an hour plus with us and didn't charge for their time and materials.
