My experience with them has been extremely unprofessional. The ladies that I've spoke with there was nice but that idiot Russell needs some public relations classes. I moved out of state and was waiting for my date to return back to Abilene. After waiting for over 4 years, I was trying to see what would be a way to get my date set without it being rescheduled agian. So I asked him, "if I were to not call in, would that call for an expedition to maybe get in the court room sooner?". This asshat raises his voice at me over the phone and questions why would I not call in?. I replied, "I am just asking because I was tired of the court dates always getting rescheduled". I didnt say I was going to do it, I was just asking. Dumb ass Russell kept on with the questions instead of answering mines. I just wanted to know not saying thats what I was doing. Then he changes his tone for the worse and starts telling me his attitude is a "Texas" thing and I need to deal with it. I"ve lived in Texas for 10 years up to this point and I couldnt believe he was saying something like that to one of his customers. Next, I tell him how about we just wait until I get there then we can talk about this in person, because by this point I thought a phone call like this wont be resolved. He then calls me out by saying, "yes come here and when you do we can handle this like men". Hahaha! What a joke! This sorry excuse for a human being would be walking back home with his tail between his legs and his teeth in his hands. Russell you're an idiot and the whole Abilene knows it. Well, at least the people I've talked to. You're one of those "keyboard warriors" hiding behind phones. read more
