He posted the bond without checking to see if anything changed since quoting me $2,000. A hold had been placed. My friend was no longer eligible to be released. The money to secure his release was return to TNT Bail Bonding, but I was not issued refund. Instead of accepting responsibility for the mistake that was made, I was told that these things happen sometimes. I was accused of knowing the hold would appear and was trying to get over on TNT Bail Bonding when I called on behalf of a friend. I reported the incident to the Office of Insurance and was told a bondsman has the authority to post a bond and leave the detained person locked up. The bondsman can back out should he find reason to do so. The bondsman is giving the authority to change his mind because the bondsman is assuming responsibility for another person being in court at a particular time on a particular day. There are procedures in place to prevent something like this from happening. Things like this shouldn't happen. It's wrong morally and it's bad business. There was no rule written explaining "if this _____ than _____. As a result, TNT Bail Bonding took advantage of the opportunity to keep my money. The Office of Insurance suggested I handle the matter through small claims court which I'm in the process of filing. In the past, I have used Bad Boyz Bail Bonding. The person I normally speak with at Bad Boyz was out of town and this is what resulted. If I could go back in time, I would wait for Bad Boyz. They are down to earth yet very professional, and they are capable of resolving problems should they arise. None of the many problems I've had with TNT Bail Bonding would have happened had I stuck with what I knew. If you're not about your business you should get out of it. TNT should not be allowed to renew their license after using it to steal. Thieves belong on the other side of the fence.

They are extremely professional, actually care to get people out on bond fast and efficient. I hope their business continues to grow. Absolutely not going to recommend this to anyone. I will recommend Speedy Bail Bonds across from the jail because they are so nice and just DO THEIR JOB without being nosy in peoples businesses and records! Do not go here:)
