So glad I went with this HONEST company! Brad was so knowledgeable and did not sell me things just to make money. I had a rat problem, because I left a bag of dog food in my garage behind some boxes. After discussing the timeline and looking through the garage and home, Brad determined that removing the food source eliminated the problem. I also called him in because I exposed the original shiplap, and had some concerns on termites. Brad looked everything over very meticulously and ultimately came back with no termites! I use American Allied for both my home and business. They come on a regular schedule and I don't even have to think about it. They kill all the stuff I want dead and leave everything else healthy. The guys are friendly curtious, and call ahead of their scheduled appointments to let you know they will be there, when they weere going to be on time anyway! They give you a 1 hour window, not a half day. I trust them so much they just have my garage code, but they like to have someone there. It is too early to determine if the product they put down is going to work or not because they just left. However I wanted to leave a review for the exterminator. I gave 5 stars because he was very knowledgeable about his work and answered every question I had. He was on time, prepared, and ready to go. He was very nice and respectful as well. Service technician knows his stuff. It's interesting to listen to him talk about various species of bugs and pest.
