I had a carpenter ant problem, and the first tech was great although he showed up pretty early. He was a very friendly and professional former member of the military. He seemed knowledgeable and told me to give the chemicals time to work but to call back if I still had ants. The price I was charged was somewhat higher than I was quoted but I was told they guarantee their work and would come back as many times as it took to take care of the problem. A few weeks go by and I call to let them know I still have the ants- they never left although I did find some dead ones for a few days. I was to,d they would come back to treat again. They called to cancel the initial appointment as my tech had a death in the family. I expressed sympathy and told them no problem. I rescheduled and then they called on the new day to change the time. I agreed to work with them and they sent a different tech out. He was courteous and went quickly about his work. Told me to give things time to take effect but let them know if I still have ants. A few weeks go by and I call to report that the ants are still not gone. I was told I would be charged again in full because my "warranty" had run out. I tried to explain that they never got rid of the ants but was told there was no way around having to pay another couple hundred bucks. My understanding of warranties is that you buy something and the warranty guarantees it for a set amount of time. I was under the impression that they would get rid of the ants and guarantee me they would stay gone for 3 months or whatever. I didn't get what I paid for to begin with so not comprehending why my warranty would be out. I'm thankful Lawrence Hall didn't declare the warranty on my truck expired before I got the truck! Two stars because they were courteous but I didn't get what I paid for and will now need to find a pest control company that can actually get rid of carpenter ants.

Laurie came out the next day, was on time and fogged the tree and bushes several times to ensure that there was adequate coverage.
