Recently I have been having issues with my septic system backing up every so often between my house and the first tank. I called Steve to ask him for ideas on what the possible causes could be. Steve took the time to come over and try to figure out what was going on. After some investigation and a little bit of digging, Steve discovered that the septic line PVC pipe had broken completely just before it went into the first septic tank. I offered to pay Steve for his time, but he refused. Steve also provided me with recommendations on who to call to fix the pipe also.

The team stated that they didn't have a drill bit for brick (not sure how on that big truck) and had to run and get some (another hour billed for lunch for all I know...) but when getting this bill, it had $200 of tools on it including extension cords, etc. What is really irritating is that I had to insist on an itemized bill to find all of this out. Had a water leak in my house and had service master show up. Was quoted $30 per fan and $100 for a…read moredehumidifier. I verified with Ed that this was the cost. So they place 8 fans and 1 dehumidifier. So basic math equals $340 from Ed's quote. Plus taxes and I assume some charge for the service but was never told the cost I would expect to pay a little over $400 after tax. Bill comes through email and it's well north of $900 for some fans and a dehumidifier for less than 24 hours. Stay away from these crooks. They don't tell you what your bill will be and when you call to discuss this they don't even respond.
