Recently I have been having issues with my septic system backing up every so often between my house and the first tank. I called Steve to ask him for ideas on what the possible causes could be. Steve took the time to come over and try to figure out what was going on. After some investigation and a little bit of digging, Steve discovered that the septic line PVC pipe had broken completely just before it went into the first septic tank. I offered to pay Steve for his time, but he refused. Steve also provided me with recommendations on who to call to fix the pipe also.

I called them to have my septic tank pumped and got scheduled for the following Monday between…read more8-10am. At 10:30 they still hadn't shown up and I hadn't heard from them, so I called them to get an update. They told me that their truck had a hard time starting in the cold weather and that they would be out in the afternoon and that they would call me when they were on the way. At 1:30 I still had not heard from them so I called again for an update and I was told that they were at another job in a different town and that I was next on the list and that they would be at my house between 2:30 and 2:45. At 2:20 I still had not received a call stating they were on the way so I called again, as I didn't want to leave work for them to not show up, they said he was on the way, so I left work and headed home. at 3:20 they still were not at my house, so I tried calling again, but this time they did not answer. I gave it a few minutes and tried again, still no answer. Waited a few more minutes and called a third time and still no answer. The voicemail message said to leave a message or text the number so I texted them to cancel my request for service because they had wasted enough of my time and that I decided to go with a different company. Now I have to take more time off of work for something that was supposed to be done already... completely unprofessional company, if you are having mechanical issues you shouldn't wait until your customer calls you, you should be reaching out explaining the issues. There was absolutely zero effort to communicate on their side. I wish I could rate them zero stars.
