Their technician arrived and was pleasant and within 10 minutes had located a popped GFI so he pushed the button, told me I'd receive an invoice and left. Today I received the invoice and it was $150. For a 10 minute service call. I called the company and was told by Eddie that to "fire up a truck and send someone out" was $150 and that everyone else charged at least that and as much as $200 for the same thing. So I called Lone Star Electric and i asked them hypothetically what they would charge for the same exact call and they told me $95. Then I called another company and got the same $95 quote. I just reviewing exactly what my experience was with Best Electric so others will be aware of the exorbitant price difference before making a decision.
