Long story short the screws to my visor came out. Walked in, greeted by Jay and another employee. Two very happy people. Nothing but good energy. Jay assisted me in buying a helmet. He asked what I was looking for. I gave him my pointers. He went about his business, soon as I made eye contact with him anytime he would answer my questions right away. He let me try on helmets no problem. If I was deciding between 2 he gave me pros and cons about each one. Then when I went back to being lost on which one to buy he wouldn't hover over me which I liked. I like having space to think when making a larger purchase. Ended up coming to a decision quick because of his help. I also bought a Cardo headset for my helmet. He uninstalled my old headset off my old helmet so I can sell it to someone else then proceeded to install the new cardo on my new helmet. Nothing but great vibes from Jay and an amazing help today. Walked out happy. He even helped me connect my phone before leaving just to make sure I was good to go. I definitely recommend getting help from Jay on helmets if your looking to buy. Then got more condescending and obnoxious from there. I told him the features I wanted and he said that's it like it wasn't enough information. Then when I asked where the lever was for the visor he said it's on the left. Because when you ride a motorcycle you don't want to take you hand off the throttle like I never rode one. This was after I told him I had a HJC IS max which has the lever in the middle on top. When he handed me the box with my new 600$ helmet I said I wanted to try it on before I left. He got annoyed and said it's the same helmet you just tried on. This is after a whole 7 minutes of his time. I tried 2 helmets and said I'll take that one there was no one in the store so I don't know what his hurry was. Ive heard good things about this store which is why I went but I won't go back. I can spend less money and get insulted and abused. So after riding with the helmet for a week I realize I should have gotten the medium not the large that he insisted on. He never measured or looked at it in my head. He just said how does it feel. It says helmet experts on the sign. I would definitely disagree with that.

Secondly I received a quote for four new tires; they offered me Cooper brand at $900-ish. I went to Sam's Club and bought four Goodyear tires for under $550. Renovations are in progress for a new standalone auto parts store that will have no affiliation with Pep Boys.

Went here on two occasions and they did a great job for such a cheap price to offset costs nowadays. They can take awhile so be warned and make sure to not book anything for the day. If you want something done quick just go to the OEM store which you will pay almost triple the cost. It took around 3 hours for the first change (front tires) and the second change took 1 hour (rear tires). I did a quick PSI check on the tires and they were aprox 1 psi difference compared to the left and right. I added air to make up for the difference.

Worst Auto Center Experience I've Ever Had…read more I scheduled a 1:30 PM appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, and it turned into one of the most frustrating service experiences I've ever had. When I arrived, I was told they could only perform the oil change and that I would need to schedule a separate appointment for the tire rotation. Since I had already taken the time to come in, I reluctantly agreed to proceed with just the oil change. An hour and a half later, my car was still sitting in the service bay with the hood open. The old oil had been drained, but no new oil had been added. Looking through the window, I noticed the technician was preparing to use Valvoline oil even though I had specifically requested Mobil 1. When I questioned him, he informed me they were out of the Mobil 1 oil my vehicle required and that I would have to pay extra for bottled oil from the store. I asked to speak with the manager, but he was nowhere to be found. After another 20-minute wait, the manager finally showed up and resolved the issue by opening a 5-quart bottle from the store. During the two hours I spent in the Auto Center, I saw very little urgency from the staff. Customers were waiting excessive amounts of time for simple services. I spoke with one customer who had been there for over three hours just to have a tire repaired. The overall impression was that employees were doing the bare minimum, and management seemed completely indifferent to the long wait times and poor customer experience. Whether this is a Walmart staffing issue or a management issue, the customer should not have to bear the consequences. I will never return to this location and would not recommend it to anyone looking for timely or professional service.

Per the information received, 3 tires would not qualify for this offer. unfortunately, I think their store rep deceived me and gave me wrong information.
