If I could give this place a zero rating I would and normally I'm not the person to complain about things but I will have to say I've never had a bad experience with a pedicure I came here because my sister had an appointment for her nails so it was a convenient drive. The person that did my pedicure not only cut me around my cuticle area which I bled from she didn't shape my toe nails correctly one toe still needed another coating this pedicure is something I call a lazy one because it was a quick boom zap kind definitely don't recommend for a pedicure read more

The guy who did my nails was nice up until I said I didn't like them and wanted a color change. I asked for a red to nude ombré design only for it to be more of a red to pink. Ended up asking to paint over them. One of my nails are crooked but I suppose as a whole, they aren't terrible. The butterfly nails are cute. Tam has been my nail man for years! He never disappoints and is always willing to push me out of my comfort zone. He's amazing and is willing to go far and beyond to make sure you leave his place happy! His nail shop is warm and homey . I feel very welcome when I arrive and everyone is super friendly. I have gotten my nails done here plenty of times and have always had a decent experience. However, the last time I went here was horrible. My nails looked sloppy (specifically my thumbs) and the guy kept cutting me with the tools. I did tell him it hurt and after the second time he started to be more careful. I also told him that he placed the gems very off centered and he seemed annoyed that I kept asking him to fix things. After I left, I realized how messy my thumbs looked so I called to ask if they could fix it. I came back in 10 mins later and while another person was fixing it, he started talking sh*t about me in Viet (not knowing that I am viet lol). Horrible attitudes and the prices are so random here. I have gotten basic french sets for $85+ with NO gems or anything but other sets with detailed designs for $70?? Overall, some of the workers do beautiful work but they definitely need to work on their attitudes. read more

speaking for both my boyfriend and myself, we literally would give 6 stars if it was possible! I had Ken and my boyfriend had Kathy, we both got deluxe pedicures which is $38 each and LET ME TELL YOU!!!! they truly make every penny worth it, they truly take their time but it's so enjoyable so i wouldn't suggest the deluxe if you're in a rush takes about 45 mins - an hour and i'm so glad they actually do it for the entire duration! i've gone to so many salons where they skimp out on certain things not making my time or money worth it but this place im telling you soooo worth it! the staff are so sweet, we were greeted by everyone and were given complimentary waters which i think is such a cute and nice touch. Also, my boyfriend had a stubborn ingrown toe nail that no other salon was able to take out but kathy was able to remove it as painless as possible! read more

I was not pleased with service i paid for a deluxe pedicure which included a 10 min massage and I only got max 5 min, i also got a acrylic fill pedicure and i noticed that the same brush they did my nails with they also used it for my toes and to make matters worse they used that same brush to do another's clients nail set with out sanitizing. My nails and pedicure did not come out how i showed them the picture i wanted i still paid for it tho, I was really excited and had really high expectations bc of all the IG pictures they post sadly my experience did not match expectations. If I could give absolutely zero stars I would this is the worst place I've ever been to in my life I have never made an appointment weeks in advance as I did this time and walk in and have them literally start someone else right in front of me like I'm not even there I asked Tham if he was going to be on time with me as soon as I saw him working on someone else and he told me yes he even remembered me he remembered who referred me and agreed that I had an appointment at noon and 18 minutes later I finally speak up and tell him I'm there and I have only a certain amount of time because I'm on my lunch break and he said oh it's going to be a long time as if that's totally normal and acted like he was completely annoyed by the fact that I was upset that he didn't keep my appointment and literally had nothing to say to me he just ignored me like I wasn't there so I walked out I will never go back again I made my appointment like 2 to 3 weeks in advance with him through Instagram This is horrible customer service I don't care how well he does nails if this is how he treats people when they come into his shop tghe doesn't deserve good clients I also got notified by yelp that the owner found my review "funny" hmmm just like his business ‍ I'lol make sure to spread the word of how this guy likes to run his business read more

Paid $70 for a full set: skinny coffin, long, jelly nails with hand drawn art on it. My friend paid the same for red jelly nails, medium, with a clear capped flower design accent. Could have been worse, and we were walk ins. Customer service was amazing. I speak Viet and didn't let on to hear what they would say about me. They didn't comment anything bad about anyone there. About them, sure, but they have to communicate about guests. Especially the man who worked on me, VERY well mannered and polite with coworkers, to and about customers. I think people called him Ken? Might have been Tam, front desk. So why the 2 stars? The nails. The beautiful, beautiful nails. My nail tech cut me twice, NOTICED I was bleeding, and even after I washed my hands, and did nothing to remedy it. He painted the design first in white. Then used alcohol ink instead of jelly polish on top of the white. 1.) Why? 2.) Streaky! 3.) Could have just used a sheer polish dude. Yet, they turned out beautiful, well worth the $70. Until they broke. Two days later my pinky nail breaks. I've worn press on nails for a year now, and it takes a LOT for me to pop a nail off, let alone breaking. Breaking the pinky, the least broken nail in my history of nail wearing, was a first. Then one nail broke a day for the rest of the week. I was heartbroken: ALL THESE NAILS BROKE AT THE STRESS POINT! They were not built sound enough and all the tips broke off. 3 days in, I already see the lifting on the clear (that wasn't taken up all the way). I found t nails on Instagram so I decided to check them out. The 1st time I went my nails were fine. The 2nd time I decided to go and got a new set. Not even 1 week of having my nails done and a nail broke. Went to go fix it , then a couple days later another nail breaks. Go to fix that one, then ANOTHER nail breaks! I didn't even have my acrylic nails for 2 weeks and they were breaking very easily. When brought to the owner (Tam) attention he said I had my nails for 2 weeks and couldn't complain. He rushed his work as well which is why I believe my nails were breaking easily. He gets very distracted while doing nails also, he gets up and walks away a lot or will be on his PHONE. He isn't as professional as I thought he was. Very disappointed with this shop. Overbooks himself as well. I once had an appointment for 1pm and while I was there another woman walked in saying she had an appointment with him at the same time. Idk what he did on my index finger but my nail is messed up now. read more
