We just purchased our home, it was over whelming and they kept trying to sales pitch me into financing 22k. After they left I called another plumbing company that was highly recommended. They informed me that I just needed my filters changed and a new valve on my water heater. They repaired it, my water is perfect. I do not recommend this company. It felt so awful to experience that. After a hour the guy puts plumber putty on bathtub drain and try's to tell me he fixed the problem without even getting into the backside wall where the drain pipe has been leaking on my concrete slab under the tub. I showed him my baseboards on the opposite side wall of the bathroom , which clearly shows water damage and water marks. And took him outside where the foundation at the bathroom has mildew or water marks on it. Like the water had been draining out the side of the house some how. Then he proceeded to tell me to spray mildew cleaner on it and give it a "month" to see if it was still leaking!! What in the world! I ended up telling him to leave after wasting over a hour of my time. And I could tell how stupid he was from the comments he made. I would NEVER RECOMMEND this COMPANY TO ANYONE!
