I briefly explained my situation and was told a service tech should be out shortly for diagnostics... and he was! the tech was efficient and courteous and practicing plague protocols which is always appreciated. a little chit-chat then re-reset the breaker and the unit turns on, mostly... apparently there's a delay between 'power' and 'function' because Michael shut it off after a few minutes reporting a high current condition. shines a flashlight around and pokes about some with the meter... some parts come out, some parts go in and next thing you know we're back online with heat, yea! check the discharge temp and thermostat function to make sure everything works like it's supposed to, and we're done in short order. and it wasn't so spendy either (yea again!) while I had his attention I asked Michael about replacing the unit and doing a little duct work under the house (why should I get dirty when they're going to be here anyway?) he took a look at my system and gave me some numbers; it's gonna cost about the same for gas or electric so we'll see how that plays out in the spring. meanwhile I've got no complaints except for the plague stuff and being on eastern standard time instead of Tulsa Time. to all y'all at Air Dynamics, thank you for a job done well!

We had a pretty great experience with Advanced Air this summer…read more ISSUE was our Lennox unit's A Coil, which apparently has a manufacturer defect that causes the coils to corrode over time. We had it brand new about 6-7 years ago, and it had to be replaced under warranty. Even so, the labor isn't free, only the part is free... and the labor is where the industry gets you. PRICE was a fair deal all around. It wasn't dirt cheap, but it was fair market expectations (we did shop around). Other places wanted to charge us simply for confirming the problem we already had diagnosed (in writing); these guys didn't. And another fairly reputable place, Morris-Jenkins, wanted to charge nearly twice the amount these guys did. TIME/SCHEDULING was fair. Morris-Jenkins told us they wouldn't be able to source the A Coil for a few months, whereas these guys did confirm they worked warranty services for Lennox and were able to source it within about a week and a half. COMMUNICATION was pretty good. The first time we messaged, they answered right away and gave us a call to schedule a look-see that day. And on that same day, we got an ETA on estimate and parts (the estimate seemed to take a little longer because they had to confirm the warrantied part before sending us documents). They're good with texting as well, which works great for our household. THEIR WORK looks solid so far. They came in and kept things fairly tidy, troubleshot issues on the spot, communicated what they needed, and after a few hours of labor they had everything running again. It's been a couple days now and the AC is actually running cold enough we had to raise the temp a little lol. OVERALL, usually we feel near cheated when dealing with HVAC situations - they're not a cheap thing to fix, especially during this economy. However these guys seem to be straight shooters and we would be happy to work with them again in future. Definitely recommend.

Advanced came out and fixed it-though they did were unclear whether it was caused by a bad install, or faulty equipment. If bad install- they should own up to it and cover damage, or at least have the discussion. If it was equipment then they should have had a discussion with the manufacturer. What did they do? Nothing. Never responded to my multiple calls. This all could have been resolved with a conversation about who is liable after damage is done due to their installation. Great pricing, but make sure you factor in the cost of potential damage to your home.

We've been thoroughly pleased with Accu-Rite's service and quick response to problems/questions we've had along the way. Their focus is definitely "customer service" and making sure their customers are completely satisfied...from the office, out into the field. They service and maintain 5 heat pumps on my two properties, and just replaced an older unit I was having problems with. Samantha in the office is great at her job, and their technicians are experienced and highly skilled! I can attest to the fact that owner, Mike Lane, is directly involved with his business, also spends time in the field, and has the customer in mind as his top priority. When I had an issue and questions back in July, Mike personally visited my property to investigate & show me what was going on, and provided me with options. Another "plus" we've seen is their weekend coverage and support. I'd had another issue earlier this summer, called their 24-hour hot-line on a Sunday afternoon, and they quickly called me back and resolved the problem over the phone. The next day, one of their technicians was here at 8:00am to check out my system and make sure all was good. No charge for this extra call they made to double-check things!
