Our call was received by a pleasant voice in the office who was able to let us know that they'd be out between 7 and 9 that same day. At 7:20pm we rec'd a call from Jordan, who was 30 minutes out and on his way. When Jordan arrived, he was smiling and ready tackle our problem. Fortunately, it was repairable, and Jordan had the parts on his truck. We had air running before bedtime! We were very impressed with the expertise and customer service that Guardian/Jordan provided. They're now our go-to HVAC company.

I spoke with Mr. Eric and he came out and diagnosed what was wrong with my system and explained what needed to be done to fix it. It didn't take long for the parts to arrive and they came back out and instantly repaired it. I can't say it was cheap but I'm extremely satisfied with the service and now I'm cool and relaxed in my home!
