I initially reached out for a refrigerator water line install and dishwasher water line install as well as a quote on new pipe hangers and shower, toilet, and sink install which I told the receptionist when booking . I asked the receptionist since I did not have kitchen cabinets and sink installed yet if the water line for dishwasher could be done or if I needed to wait and was told it wasn't an issue. Fast forward and plumber came out put in a line for refrigerator and said dishwasher couldn't be installed until sink was installed. I was charged over $300 for work and never received a quote for other work. After calling back twice inquiring , I finally got called back to say I was too far away for big jobs.

Bad service right from the start. had the move again and they were extremely rude after that because of using hand trucks 5 feet further I guess. the install it and left without a word. the unit did not work. 3 days later they finally came back and hooked up a harness the installation guys failed to connect. now it is constantly froze and want work. 1st call it took till the next day to get a call back. then 3 days for someone to come out. 2nd call it was two weeks later a return call and two days for someone to come out after that. unit still freezing up. unit is a lemon and doesn't work. now a third call due to unit froze and not working. got a call from a very loud and disrespectful lady. and they are coming out 2 days later. did receive a call from David the manager and he talked to me as I was a stupid kid or something. saying things that were not true. you know the narcissist peeps way. terrible company, poor work, non professional staff and want ensure they products work nor stand behind them. just give you the run around I guess until you go somewhere else cause they already have there money. wish there where some negative stars to give them. please stay clear of this business. they will rip you off.

The serviceman called ahead to let me know he was on the way. Wore shoe covers when in the house to check the thermostat and filter. I got the gas furnace and a/c service agreement which I think is a good deal. Very happy with this company.
