We called again Friday morning and a few hours later someone came out. He said he would have to order a part and it would be in the following Tuesday or Wednesday. We called them that Friday since we still hadn't heard from them and they said they got the part and they would be at our house on Monday to install it. One full week went by and no calls or a no show for the technician. We called again and again after almost 3 weeks someone finally came out. Well today, Christmas Eve, the heater did the same thing. We called the same person and said its not working. He said it would cost us $139 to come out and he was fairly certain he couldn't fix it, without even looking at it. I have a 3 and 5 year old and thanks to these guys that are too lazy to come out and fix what they should have a month ago, they will have a cold christmas morning.

This new unit replaced a 21-year-old heat pump that had failed, and they got the old one working enough to keep me cool until the new unit I wanted could be ordered and installed, and didn't charge me anything for that. Three days after the installation, the unit outside stopped working. One week later, the heat stopped working. Daniel came to my home and charged me $400 to fix a thermostat wire. Two weeks later, the outside began to freeze up. I have contacted Daniel multiple times, and he refuses to respond. Daniel continually replies back that I need to text him. Daniel answered my call from another number, and when he realized it was me, he hung up. Beware, as he has signs posted around the area claiming to do A/C & Heat Service for $45 to call 828-218-2484. Please do not fall for his scam! Please share this post, hoping he does not take advantage of or scam anyone else. Legal action is being taken.

He is…read moredefinitely not reliable and will tell you what he thinks you want to hear regarding when he'll be out, then he no-shows and doesn't call. This has happened to me a couple of times. First time out, he does well, then you can hang it up trying to get him back out.
