Their scheduling service repeatedly scheduled late appointments when technicians weren't available, causing them to cancel at the last minute 2 days in a row, leaving us with a non functional HVAC during hot weather. Extremely unprofessional and unethical business practice.

We have now failed two inspections. The first failure was due to insufficient wiring. The second failure was due to loose connectors and because not all of the work performed was properly disclosed on the permit. The inspection failed again as a result. This has caused significant delays to our renovation, and we are now unable to submit another permit until these issues are resolved. Electrical work is a major part of an HVAC installation, and repeated inspection failures are a serious red flag. The crew also left construction debris and trash behind, further reflecting a lack of professionalism and attention to detail. Based on this experience, I strongly advise against using this company, especially for electrical work. Look elsewhere and save yourself the hassle of correcting substandard work.

The service technician was Christopher and he called to let us know he was enroute and arrived on time. He did a complete spring cleaning of our air conditioning compressor coils including using hoses to wash all the debris out of the fins on the external coils. He checked the Freon levels and pressures. He used remote digital temperature gauges to check the circulating temp at our registers inside the house. He was very thorough and knowledgeable of what he needed to do. I could not have asked for a better service call and technician to perform the work. I heartedly recommend using William Morris Heating and Cooling.

They had been to my place a few months before, for something minor, The guy came late because he said he couldn't find my apartment. When he arrived 30 minutes later than our scheduled time, we talked for a moment about what was going on I told him that the air was blowing cold and then hot...so I knew that it wasn't that it wasn't working, it was just that the thermostat seemed to be haywire!. What did I know? He went into my HVAC closet, but couldn't find the AC. I called my front desk, and they assured me that it was in the same closet as the furnace. He told me she didn't know what she saying, and went outside to look for the AC unit. When he came back about 30 minutes later, he went back out to my HVAC closet, and low and behold he finally found that it was infact there all along This took the better part of an hour or so...when he finally went back to the thermostat and declared that it was the problem after all. He said he'd go check in his truck to see if he had one compatible & came back a few minutes later with one that would be good. He took a few minutes to install it, and then gave me the bill. Oh, btw..the thermostat was $100.00 The bill was $373.00!!!! I asked him why it was so expensive, and he told me that his time was billed at $125.00 an hour...and that the client is required to pay for driving time! First of all, when they take appointments that are not in their local area, they need to tell the client that they are charging them $125.00 an hour to get to your place. Once the client knows that, then they can decide if it's worth it or not. second, he spent the entire time either looking outside for the AC unit, or going to his truck....It was clear that the unit was working, and installing the thermostat took about 15 minutes. 373.00!!!! That's not correct in my book you make your own decision
