Some buses now originate in Concord or Londonderry and skip Salem altogether, so I don't have as many opportunities to use the service as I once did. A recent flight time made taking the bus to Logan convenient, so I decided to give it another try. I was able to park in their extended parking lot for free for more than a week, which was a great perk. I paid $20 for the bus ride and waited for the bus to arrive. The facilities were very clean, a staff member was helpful, and there were a few vending machines available while waiting. The bus arrived right on time. The driver placed my suitcase underneath the bus, and the seats were comfortable. Wi-Fi was also available on board. We were dropped off at Arrivals rather than Departures, but the driver explained that they were required to do so. It was an easy elevator ride upstairs to get to the departure level and drop off my luggage. On my return, I arrived after the last bus had departed, so my ride brought me back to their location where my car was parked. The office was already closed for the day, but the parking lot was well illuminated. Overall, this was a convenient and affordable option for getting to Logan. I just wish there were more frequent buses serving Salem again.

C & S stated that they sent a secondary confirmation email, after the first confirmation email, and ended up canceling the reservation. Their confirmation email had a contact name and cell phone number, which they did not use. They forgot about this reservation and did not take responsibility.

If I hadn't called and texted my previous driver I would've been sitting waiting for someone to pick me up that wouldn't be coming! They closed in June. The owner is having serious health problems, however his daughter is in charge of booking and contacting the client. I am trying to get my money back, find a ride. We were looking to transport two parents with and infant and toddler from and to Logan, and they had lots of questions. Kayla patiently answered all immediately via email, and then connected us to Rich, the owner, when she thought he could provide more information. We had an excellent experience. Rich picked up the family at Logan, and because it was dinner time he brought along a pizza (greatly appreciated, especially by the toddler). He arrived 25 minutes early for the return trip. He is personable and patient. And the fare was very reasonable--I believe he offers the best value of any service in the area.
