If I hadn't called and texted my previous driver I would've been sitting waiting for someone to pick me up that wouldn't be coming! They closed in June. The owner is having serious health problems, however his daughter is in charge of booking and contacting the client. I am trying to get my money back, find a ride. We were looking to transport two parents with and infant and toddler from and to Logan, and they had lots of questions. Kayla patiently answered all immediately via email, and then connected us to Rich, the owner, when she thought he could provide more information. We had an excellent experience. Rich picked up the family at Logan, and because it was dinner time he brought along a pizza (greatly appreciated, especially by the toddler). He arrived 25 minutes early for the return trip. He is personable and patient. And the fare was very reasonable--I believe he offers the best value of any service in the area. Odyssey transportation is my new go to source for all of my transportation needs…read more I got a last minute notification of travel and needed a ride from my home in NH to Logan. This was business related so I had a fixed price. I had an hour to arrange pick up and leave. After eight other companies were unable to help me we found odyssey. They were able to get a car to me in twenty minutes and deliver me to Logan in time for my flight and within my price range. My return flight from Logan I once again had short notice. I'm a slow learner sometimes and tried two other companies that couldn't meet my needs. As soon I called Odyssey they had me scheduled for a pick up at Logan. The cars were immaculate, clean, comfortable, and in great condition. The two drivers I had were professional and able to read my needs. All of my future work related transportation needs will be handled by Odyssey. The car was immaculate and very comfortable. We had to leave the wedding and texted to see if he would come earlier than planned. Bennie didn't hesitate to pick us up and bring us back to the hotel.
