Brookside, you've done it again! You are always available, always dependable, and always a pleasure to use! Thanks again!

If I hadn't called and texted my previous driver I would've been sitting waiting for someone to pick me up that wouldn't be coming! They closed in June. The owner is having serious health problems, however his daughter is in charge of booking and contacting the client. I am trying to get my money back, find a ride. It's sad really because prior to this I always had gotten good service.

The social anxiety lords have answered our silent petition not to participate in the grueling task…read moreof attempting to navigate through the incessantly crowded traffic of Boston by providing us humble New Hampshirites the convenience that is known as the Boston Express. Seriously, this extremely rare form of New England mass transportation provides mental solace for those of us who would otherwise become quite rattled by heavy city traffic. No longer do I have to drive myself to the airport (or anywhere else in Boston, for that matter) when I could simply catch the bus. The bus itself comes equipped with a restroom in the back, plus complimentary WiFi. Although...the actually efficacy of the latter remains debatable. Most of the time, I just use the 5G that's available, since that often ends up being somehow faster than whatever lame ass WiFi they've got going on the bus. You purchase your tickets online where they also feature their entire bus route schedule and stops, which is pretty convenient. Prices are more than fair and they even offer various discounts for certain qualifying individuals (I.E. military, students, senior citizens, etc). Honestly, folks...this one's a no-brainer and I wish I had taken advantage of this option right from day one. For reference, I did the math comparison of using one of the Boston airport parking lots for, say...a week. I would have spent over $700 parking my own car! Compare that to the 40 bucks I spent for a one-way trip for 3 persons; one of whom got to ride for free because he's under 16. Noice! Oh, pro tip I discovered via pure dumb luck: if you're on a return flight and you're not sure if you'll make the next bus run, purchase a ticket for later than you think you'll need. You can still scan that ticket for an earlier bus ride if you happen to arrive sooner than anticipated. The reason this will work (usually) is because the bus tickets are not actually reservations for seats (this is why it pays to read the fine print at the bottom of the ticket). See, the bus rides are basically "first come, first serve". So, whilst you're still paying for the ride itself, there's nothing stopping you from getting on sooner than your reserved time. Just make sure the ticket is for the same day and the driver usually doesn't care. Needless to say, this will be my go-to method of getting to and from Boston airport from now on. Boston Express gets 5 extremely relaxed and relieved passengers riding stress free out of 5.

My driver was pleasant, if not terribly talkative :) I dropped a personal item when I got out and he noticed and brought it right back to me. They do require credit card payments be given over the phone prior to pick up and there is a 10% surcharge for credit too. I'm not sure that's strictly legal, but is the reason I subtracted 1 star. They informed me they could wait to do a return trip for up to an hour without charge, but I had a longer appointment and my friend was able to pick me up. Good to know! The dispatcher was nice, an older woman by her voice. A little no-nonsense, but courteous all the same. If I needed taxi services in Nashua again, I would definitely call them first.
