We did find him okay but we had a very bad experience on our recent trip and were tired and did not want to look for the driver who was supposed to pick us up. When I called I notified the dispatcher that I needed a pick up as soon as possible. He told me it would be 10 minutes . I said I needed to catch a flight and couldn't miss the train, but he told me not to worry. 10 minutes later, there was no one there yet. So I called just to get an update. I was again assured that it would be a few moments and he was in touch with the driver - I believed him, again missing another opportunity to call a new cab. 25 minutes after placing the call, the cab finally shows up (and yes, it was a cute black London cab, with a diamond jubilee flag - but I ordered a cab for functional reasons, not for aesthetics) and we pull up at the train station just in time to see it pulling away. I was annoyed - for good reason. And I was honest about that fact and said I would have appreciated a realistic response to the amount of time it would take after calling (there was no traffic excuse). The driver clearly needs some customer service lessons, because her response was that "This ain't New York" and that I was the "first jerk" she'd ever had ride in her cab. It's a good thing the next train doesn't leave for 2 hours, since I'll need the time to rebook my flight.
