We were told that this would cover gas expenses - why take a job that is out of your network? They knew our address well before coming out. Also, some of our intake conversations were over text, so I wish we discussed the job over photos so they knew what we wanted to do in terms of the job and give us a proper quote. Fernando towing came to my rescue when I was stranded for almost 2 hours…read more Story is that car died at 2am in Boyle Heights. Had to leave the car at a gas station because AAA didn't have a tow truck for me at that hour. Told me it'd be 5-6 hours.... Not cool so left the car and went home via uber. Next day I get to the car but before I did, at 10:50am AAA told me a tow truck would arrive between 11:45-12:45. Great. Got to the car at 11:20am, and waited and waited and waited.
