Everyone else wanted a "consultation" or tried sending me to their website to fill out forms and schedule this and that. No time for that! Trieu actually showed up earlier than committed and changed out the valve efficiently and effectively. Here is the best part: I originally thought my main shutoff valve was malfunctioning too, so I had included that in the original quote request. When Trieu arrived, he actually tested the shutoff valve, demonstrated to me that it was working perfectly fine, and convinced me that it wasn't worth replacing. He took it right off the quote! What a refreshing, honest approach to business. I honestly cannot remember the last time a vendor "downsold" me on a job instead of trying to upscale me.
