I always feel heard, respected, and informed when we leave. She truly takes the time to make sure our babies are healthy and we know how to care for them if they are sick. She's called after visits and told me she wanted to check in on her (never once has any doctor done that for my older girls, we have 5 total) I just can't say how happy I am with her as their Dr. The staff is always extremely friendly anytime I call (even if it's a few times that day).

We typically go to the Gilbert location and I am glad we do because apparently this location hires medical professionals that aren't very professional. Somebody should probably educate him on how to speak to a new mother that is actually doing a fantastic job transitioning into motherhood and really loves and cares for her baby. Postpartum is already hard enough as it is and she doesn't need a rude doctor to make her feel like she is an awful mom. Neither of us will ever come back to this location. Do better.

Jill came to our house after our 2nd daughter was born for her first wellness check and it was so nice being at home, without the stress of an office visit, especially during flu season. Then today, we established care for our oldest daughter because of an earache. I reached out to HH at 6:30am, Jill responded almost instantly and got us scheduled for that afternoon. She thoroughly examined our daughter while patiently listening to all the stories she had to tell. Jill is wonderful and it's just so nice having her come to the house. To not be given an ultimatum about vaccines is an added bonus. Choose Jill for your kiddos! We also look forward to her new office opening in September.

Overall, the appointment itself went very well, and we really appreciated the care she provided. The only frustrating part was that my daughter's prescription was never sent to the pharmacy. We checked with the front desk during the same visit that everything was correct with the pharmacy. We drove to the pharmacy twice but the prescription was still never sent. Now the office is closed, and the answer machine is saying it will cost $20 just to speak with the after-hours nurse about getting the medication our daughter needs. That was a very disappointing end to an otherwise great visit.

I've had several facials with Stephanie, along with acupuncture and IV treatments with Dr. Chung. Stephanie really listens to my concerns and works with me on my skin journey. My skin improved significantly and has stayed clear for years thanks to her amazing work. She also gives wonderful massages and is such a pleasure to spend time with. Dr. Chung has a calming presence and makes you feel truly heard and cared for. She takes the time to understand what's going on and goes above and beyond for her patients. Her acupuncture treatments are gentle and comfortable compared with others I've tried. It's nearly impossible to get a check-up appointment in a timely manner--every time I've tried, the earliest available slot is at least two months out. For basic, routine care like a check-up, that's simply unacceptable. To make matters worse, this is the third year in a row they've scheduled a vaccine appointment for my children, only to later inform me that they don't even have the vaccine in stock. This year, they confirmed the appointment just the day before, and I even took time off work to make sure I could get there. I showed up, only to be told once again that they didn't have the vaccine and I had wasted my time. The lack of communication and professionalism is absolutely frustrating.

They are busy so I have had to go elsewhere when MY poor planning resulted in not being able to get an appointment for a camp medical release for my son but again, that was my problem, my fault. I am confident in this practice's care and concern for my kids and I appreciate it very much. One more thing - they have convenient online records but make sure you REMEMBER your login and password to access your kid's shot records. Much better than having that silly little book the hospital gave me. Where is that darn thing anyway????.......

Really liked getting to know dr Pendleton by the time my son was born in 2013 i thought we would have had a closer relationship with the medical staff but soon after they started getting bigger and bigger and we haven't seen de Pendleton in years. I do love the other doctors and NPs there but it can be hard to see the same person every time which makes it hard to get comfortable. I would still recommend the place every single staff member has always been patient and caring and respectful. Cannot say I would change anything except the wait times and the phone doesn't get answered as quickly as it used too which makes it frustrating but it's not a real problem. I would definitely recommend. Also I saw one review saying that they forced vaccinations and that was never my experience.
