We typically go to the Gilbert location and I am glad we do because apparently this location hires medical professionals that aren't very professional. Somebody should probably educate him on how to speak to a new mother that is actually doing a fantastic job transitioning into motherhood and really loves and cares for her baby. Postpartum is already hard enough as it is and she doesn't need a rude doctor to make her feel like she is an awful mom. Neither of us will ever come back to this location. Do better.

We found him on Dr. Green Mom's list of pediatricians after a "vax friendly" practice made it a point to down talk me for my decisions regarding MY KIDS right outside of our patient room door. I fired them that day and went on the hunt for someone who wasn't just tolerable of our decisions for our kids, but was supportive of our approach. Dr. Peters is a medical Dr, but he is also certified in homeopathy, which brings the best of both worlds. Together we have taken care of my kids wonderfully, because that's what it is with him, he is part of our team and truly cares about his patients. He has been wonderful all throughout our time with him, but one event in particular assured me that the drive we make to go see him (45 min there and 45 back) was absolutely worth it. My middle son was suffering from ear pain. The urgent care I took him to said ear infection, needs antibiotics. I was able to get in next day with Dr. Peters and in his evaluation he saw liquid behind the ear, but it was not infected! He recommend a natural remedy at home. We followed Dr's orders and my son immediately felt relief. The issue was solved and we avoided antibiotics!!! Similarly, my oldest son had ear pain a couple of years later, and Dr. Peters stated he did need antibiotics. Because we fully trust his opinion, and know he tries to avoid pharmaceuticals unless necessary, I knew I had to give them to him. That's the thing, our family is not anti medicine, we believe there is a time and a place and we fully trust that Dr. Peters will be honest with us and only recommend a pharmaceutical when absolutely necessary. We love him, my kids trust him, and we will never be going anywhere else. We are moving even further away soon and it will make our drive about an hour each way, but that is worth it with the care he provides. Thank you Dr. Peters for the care you provide for my kids!

I understand that not everyone who reads this review will appreciate how hard it is to stand up to doctors and take a hard line, when it comes to the health of your kids BUT the hard choice is worth it and it's validated in how healthy our boys are, compared to many of their peers. We have four boys and they have never had an ear ache, none of them have asthma, they don't have allergies and they rarely need to see a doctor. Dr Nic is not only incredibly intelligent, compassionate and detail oriented, he's also a huge advocate for the parents of the kids he sees and he actually listens! It's a night and day experience from the other places we've gone. The negative reviews mainly have to do with the front office person, which is too bad. I quickly relaxed once meeting Dr.Seitter. He is the most knowledgeable, caring doctor I have ever met. When our son was born, Dr.Seitter came to the hospital to check on him. Our son is now 17 and Dr. Seitter has been there the whole way with our children. I used to come to office visits with a list of nervous mom questions, Dr. Seitter would go over each one with thorough answers, never making me feel like my questions were silly. I've never felt rushed with our visits and his nurse Kelly is so very gentle with shots and blood draws. They are excellent at getting us in for a sick visit same day and giving quick test results! Anytime our kids have been sick Dr. Seitter always finds the cause and gets them back on a healthy track quickly! I always feel heard, respected, and informed when we leave. She truly takes the time to make sure our babies are healthy and we know how to care for them if they are sick. She's called after visits and told me she wanted to check in on her (never once has any doctor done that for my older girls, we have 5 total) I just can't say how happy I am with her as their Dr. The staff is always extremely friendly anytime I call (even if it's a few times that day).
