My favorite is the BBQ chicken pizza with bacon, ranch on the side. I used to go to Franks pizza more often in the next plaza, but TJ's is my place now. Franks has a bunch of no-smile employees who look like they all hate it there, even the owners. Anyways, TJ's employees are always friendly and the prices and service are good. Just tried a panini last night and looking forward to trying others. Btw I always do pick-up, so I can't speak for home delivery times. read more

If you want to wait 30 minutes EXTRA for a pick up order for cold food give it a try. Otherwise, plenty of other options in town for pizza that is timely and better. If you want customer service that doesn't care and cold bland food give this a go. read more

Food is GREAT.... Owner is a piece of shit, they never get the order right. Everytime you make an order something is wrong.. you order blu cheese on side they give you marinara... you order "onion and garlic" pizza they gave us "sausage and onion" you order garlic knots they forget... then when they give you garlic knots and you ask for marinara they dont bring marinara. Send 2 orders of something when you ordered 1 and bill you. Multiple orders have come cold. There hasnt been one order that they havent fuc*** up on.. its sad because their food is GREAT! Which is only reason im giving 2 stars.. because service matters the most.. especially when you order delivery and tip driver extra because you feel bad that gas prices are through the roof.. (its not drivers fault) multiple times i had to talk to owner and he tried to defend his fuc* up.. own it.. typical italian cock sucker read more

Eh. If you're thinking of ordering a Sicilian...don't. Get the ranch fries instead cause they can't screw that up Sauce too sweet, pretty sure that means over cooked. Ordered 1/2 meat lovers and that was pretty much scorched. I've had better...said every woman ever. read more

We have gotten food many times at TJs over the 17 yrs we've lived in Oak Ridge. We ordered tonight, a very busy NYE & the food was amazing! Grandma Pie (our 1st time having one), hot wings & garlic knots. Each one delicious!! Thank you guys at TJs- have a wonderful New Year! We will be back often! read more

Great pizza! Very quick delivery. Delivery driver was great!! We found out new pizza place

Decent Italian food for the area. One of two places we get take out from. Their meal deal is a good deal With a lot of food and they usually have other specials and coupons too. Sometimes delivery times can be a little long. Pizza is pretty good. BBQ or buffalo shrimp appetizer is good. read more

I have been ordering tjs for years and recently we have a weird looking pizza the sought didn't rise and was like cement. Maybe new owner. Not using them anymore read more

I pick up or get delivery once a week I am a TJ's fan... Pizza is good but this is the 3ed time that the driver brings no change to the door... I was going to give him a 5$ tip so I asked him for 3$ back he had no change on him just 20$... He asked if he can run to his truck to get it I said ok... He then asked me again if it was ok for him to go back to the truck... I said ya... Then he walked so slow back to the truck as it was freezing out... I finally yelled out to him don't worry about it... Keep the 3$ bucks bro... Now I will just drive down TJ's is only 0.9 miles away... Drives has a nicer truck then me! I will keep that 8$ for my gas tank next time... Delivering pizzas with no 1$ bills just 20's all your 1$ are in the truck... Got it! Time to pick up a Franks s menu! read more

Never order for delivery from this place. Placed a pizza order last night, and all the cheese was to one part of the pizza. Mainly to blame for the pizza being in a tilted position while being delivered. Find a new driver read more

Ordered a Meatball Parm and an Eggplant Sandwich tonight, Eggplant was dry and skimpy, never again!

About average for pizza. Needs to work on some of the dinner items like the calamari. Food is on time when you call ahead. Mostly a takeout place rather than eat in. read more

I haven't been eating pizza as much as I used to so I hadn't been to TJ's (which I really liked) in quite a while. Well, last week we ordered a plain and I must say I was really disappointed. To be fair, the pizza tasted fine. What was truly disappointing was how much they cut back on the amount of ingredients. The amount of dough used for the crust was a lot less than it used to be. Very skimpy on the tomato sauce as well. Not very filling at all. I suppose they are trying to increase margins by reducing the amount of ingredients while keeping the price the same. Frankly, I'd prefer a price increase and get a Pizza that I expect than an inexpensive one that is skimpy. It's unfortunate as it still tasty. We'll be going elsewhere for a while read more

When our order arrived incomplete, we called and were very rudely told it was the driver's fault. Our meatball sub was cold and it looked like a piece of cold cheese was thrown on top of the meatballs. When we called we were told not to order from there anymore. Priceless. What kind of a business is this? There are open seats in CCM in theBusiness 101 class Give it a try. read more

Good pizza and friendly service. What else can you ask for in a small pizza shop? Always had good and consistent pizza here. The wings though are a skip. Granted, I'm a critic of wings, and have not had any from a pizza place that were great in the area, but still. They give them out for free with a one topping pizza (at least did), but even at free I would skip. The one thing you might not want to skip is the calzone though. They will make the fried calzone. If you have not tried this, and don't have any heart issues, just go for it. Seriously AWESOME. read more

Made a large purchase there yesterday and noticed my debit card was charged twice. I called and the person in charge was VERY NASTY. TOLD ME THIS HAPPENS ALL THE TIME. He insisted I was not charged twice and it will go away in 5-7 days. I told him I spoke to my bank and they can fix it today if he gave them the authorization codes He refused. I explained to him that I am out 100.00 in cash. My bank even called him and he refused to help. Screamed at both of us telling me to call the cops. Never again will I frequent this restaurant. I order from them on a fairly regular basis (2-3 times per month) and the food is always consistently good. The eggplant is fantastic. They have several different eggplant sandwiches, wraps and dishes and they are all fantastic. The pizza is consistently good and the service is always courteous and pleasant. There are several different options in town for pizza and I always choose tj's. read more

Hey guys what's up one of our favorite pizza places.Called to pic up pizza seemed to be cold lacking sauce.Never had this happen before.Still flavorful and good crust but had to nuke it.to warm it up?Could just be a busy day. read more

Pizza not bad but delivery is ridiculously slow Called and was told 45 minutes An hour and a half later, we called and were told it had just left the store Got the pizza and it was overly salty, certainly not what we are used to It will be a while before we order from TJs read more

TJ's needs to fire every one of their delivery drivers. I've averaged 1 pizza delivered every 2 weeks from them and they were consistently good until a few months ago. 9 of the last 10 pizzas I've had delivered had to be eaten with a knife and fork. It honestly looks like the driver carries the box sideways. I'm done with delivery. They make a good pizza, so from now on it'll be pickup only. read more

The pizza and salad were great but what really sparked my taste buds was the guy taking orders in the front. What a dime, he's clearly a pizza professional by the way he spun around the dough and burned his arm without a flinch. There's no better combo than a hot guy and a margherita pie...maybe that's just me. My new favorite pizza place for sure ;) read more

It's just ok... an average pizza place that has entrees like everyone else. I wish they were better because they deliver. Franks pizza in the next shopping center with the A&P is far better. read more

I love the BBQ chicken pizza or the chicken bacon ranch pizza- sometimes I get both- the secret is using breaded chicken for more flavor! I come from the other side of Jefferson for this pizza as our pizzerias on this side of town stink! read more

Glad there's a few pizza places to choose from. Have TJ's a second try and they did good for a while. Then tonight. Ordered the broccoli garlic and oil which is listed under PASTA DISHES and said I wanted spaghetti with breaded chicken. Also ordered an item that comes with blue cheese and specified EXTRA blue cheese. What I got, broccoli and chicken in a bowl and a charge for blue cheese. What I didn't get, ANY PASTA and ANY blue cheese...at all. When I called, I was told I asked for a side of broccoli and chicken and that I was not charged for the pasta. I ordered exactly what I wanted but got half an order. I was asked if I wanted to place another order for pasta. No, I want to eat dinner with my kids, not wait an hour for a bowl of spaghetti I should have gotten the first time. My bill was $32 with a $5 tip. Cost me a mere $37 to know not to use TJ's pizza again so they get two stars for helping me figure out where the good pizza places in Oak Ridge are. I'll stick to pick up at Pintos. read more

My boyfriend and I ordered a Cheesesteak hero with peppers and onions and I had ordered a Buffalo Chicken Panini. While my Panini was good but had soggy fries, my boyfriend didn't even get to finish his cheesesteak before getting violently sick! I see why the rating here is low! Never again! read more

Been ordering from them for three years and this is the last time. The orders are almost ALWAYS wrong or missing something. We just ordered from them on 4-13-17. The kid answering the phone and taking the order was spaced out. He kept asking "what ?" and repeating back the last thing I said regardless of it being an order item or not. We ordered a large pie thin and well done, a Greek salad with grilled chicken, and extra blue cheese dressing instead of balsamic, and a 2 liter of Diet Pepsi. We got, a large regular pie, a Greek salad with no chicken, a cup of balsamic and not a single blue cheese, and regular Pepsi. TJ's just lost a guaranteed MINIMUM of three orders a month at roughly $50 a clip. The other places for pizza around aren't bad. Marios is under new management and their food is very good. Pintos doesn't deliver but they're good and you get what you order. Bye TJ's! read more

I purchased a large penne vodka pizza it was last order of the night. I was absolutely shocked at this delivery I received after waiting an hour & a half, see pictures, I can't believe that this pizza was allowed to be delivered to a paying customer. More than half the pie was inedible due to the severe black burntness. I have never received any delivery from them like this before, I am extremely upset and unhappy and surprised that they would actually let this leave the store in this condition. I contacted Timothy Deaver/Company Manager to inform him of this and sent him the pictures that very night, because when I immediately called the store no one answered. He promised me someone would contact me from the store and he would send me coupons also. I never got a call nor any coupons and since then Mr. Deaver ignores my emails. It is a shame they didn't even have the decency to rectify this. I think they need better management and customer care! read more
