Professional, knowledgeable and prompt are just a few of the words I would use to describe this shop. The ambiance is great in a great location! Problems with my charging system from the time I bought my bike occurred. My stator was replaced by a competitor and again failed. My 2011 street glide has the screaming eagle 110 motor. Nate diagnosed it soon after I dropped off the bike. He offered a screaming eagle upgraded stator which to date has performed flawlessly! When he went in tge 2nd one that had failed gad disintegrated into my clutch plate. He took all this apart and cleaned it. To date the bike is running better than ever. I trust Nate with my bike and do not hesitate to recommend him to everyone I know. Currently he is a one man show, but puts in long hours and the dedication needed to provide top of the line service. The prices are fair and he stands by his work. He has gone out of his way to help me after hours and on days off by coming to my house when my bike would not run to diagnose it. BEWARE!!! IT'S NOT MIKE HOWE'S ANY MORE!…read more I USED to take my car to Mike because he was the most honest mechanic I've ever known. Unfortunately, Mike Howe sold the place to a guy named Obeleo, who I learned is not as honest and upstanding as Mike Howe was. Here's what happened: I brought my car in because the engine light was on, the windshield washers stopped working and the battery was dead. I was charged $119.86 each to diagnose the three problems I brought it in for. I didn't have them fix the windshield washers. They replaced the battery and said that the new Battery took care of the Engine Light because the code was from low voltage. Total cost was $642.82. On the way home, the Engine Light is still on. I brought it back to "Mike Howe's Automotive" the next morning and complained. The new Owner, Obeleo tells me that he's going to have to tear into the thing to diagnose what the problem is. I then asked if the $119.86 I had already paid to diagnose the Engine Light would be applied to this job, he said no. He said that the Engine Code he's getting now is different than the engine code he got yesterday, so he wants me to pay the $119.86 again to diagnose the problem I already paid him to fix yesterday. The problem for Obeleo is, I have a FIXD auto diagnostic tool that shows a readout of the Engine Light error code history. The P1004 error code has been appearing since April. It shows that code also appeared when he ran the first diagnostic test. He's now claiming that code didn't appear until I took the car home. I have proof of the contrary. I will never bring my car to Mike Howe's Automotive again. It's sad these guys are dragging Mike Howe's name and reputation through the dirt.

The message said to leave name make model and year of Rv and issue, given my past experience with other mobile Rv repair businesses I wasn't gonna hold my breath for a return call. While I was in the process of manually leveling my 40 foot 5th wheel Mike the owner operator called me back and told me he would be at my location first thing in the morning 9:00am sharp. To my surprise he was like clockwork. Upon his arrival he immediately started to troubleshoot my problem and figured out my issue. I needed a new left front jack stand and motor. I was prepared to pay out of pocket since I figured he did not work with extended service plans and to my surprise he accepted and worked with Good Sam extended service plan got my repair covered ordered the part and had it here next day. Literally in less than 24 hours he had me up and running. While he was here he repaired my front awning which had been separating from my unit and it is better than before. Highly recommend his service he made me feel like I was important and took care of business. So much so he will be my new service tech for all future needs. What a joke. Replaced my roof, removed space where Solor panel and connecter goes and closed…read moreanother vent . Insurance deal and I found a leak. He never called me back . Roof looks terrible. Previous he replaced my slid out motors. He had two on hand , charged me $300 per motor. Having problems with these less than 2 years in. I ordered new motors. They average $100-$120 per. I thought he was a nice guy but $800 to replace two motors when it should have been $300-$400 crooked. Also the roof repair cost $6500 and was not done correctly. Was supposed to replace side mirror and awning. Instead he removed connections for three devices; Solar, TV and internet connectors. He didn't vacuum vents that were filled with loose material like saw dust and insulation. I hate to make this review on a local business I prefer to support the little guy. But I feel robbed.
