Stopped at this Best Buy because I wanted some DVDs to watch over the holiday since I was in this…read morearea. The location is pretty big but it seemed to have things set up everywhere. I don't know if it is just because it's not my local store, but it seemed so confusing?! So the thing I wanted, DVDs were literally all over the place. I found a rack in one area, a rack in another area, a third rack, and then I went to the back corner of the store and found some there too. I don't know why everything was so apart from one another. Was very confusing Another thing is that they had big bins out prepping for Black Friday which is great! But they took up half of the aisle. I can't imagine what that's going to be like on Friday when all of those mom's and guys looking for Playstations barrel though. I didn't like the set up at all. I did find a few movies to buy. The girl at the check out was super friendly. And did tell me they'd be open at 5am for Black Friday. Yikes, I thought. I'll definitely be in bed. But if that's your thing you'll now know the time. I'd probably stay shopping online instead of going to this location. They layout is too confusing.

I have a very bad experience with my recent visit to this Best Buy - Warner Robins store location…read more Here's why: Last week I dropped off my gaming computer to have it serviced due to a power supply that went out. So after received an email stating that my gaming computer was ready to be picked up I arrived the gentleman at the Geek Squad stated I did not owe a balance for anything I repeated myself three different times and the gentleman said I did not OWE anything due to me being a total protect member. After leaving the store I received a phone call with voice mail a gentleman stating I did owe a balance he forgot to tell the gentleman I owed a balance. I do NOT think this is right to have me come back to the store when the other gentleman stated I did not OWE anything since being a total protect member. To me, This is not a good way to represent a multi million dollar company and how they handle their business with customers. Bad practice it seems like to me.

STAY AWAY at all costs... avoid it like the plague !!!!…read more Needed to take the computer in for repairs and I regret setting foot in the place. Like every other 1 star review on here, I agree with them completely. The building is trash. It reminds me most of a junkyard. There's absolutely NO ESD protection on any workbench. At every step of the repair, he did all he could to convince me I needed additional repair actions outside of the "bench" service... I had a bad Motherboard, a bad hard drive... on and on. The worst part of this horrible experience was watching him work... it took way too long because of all the interruptions, visitors, etc. I'm certain if I had left it there, he would have cashed out on all those imaginary problems that he found. Just pay to reactivate your warranty if you need to... it would be cheaper! If you can't smell SCAM as soon as you walk inside, get your nose checked, cause it's pretty obvious in that place. I was actually looking up small claims consumer protection lawyers about mid way thru!!!

I had a horribly annoying virus that hit me last night. I took the laptop there this morning. The woman who has always impressed me that she knows what she is doing fixed the problem for a fair price. Unless situations change, I will keep going there.

We stopped off on Sept. 10 so they could see which battery to order and were told that the battery would be there in about 3 business days. After a week of waiting, we called and were told the battery was ordered from Amazon and he checked shipping details, then returned to the phone and said the battery was in Georgia and they should have it soon. Almost two weeks later, we called again. The guy checked and said apparently the order got canceled because the battery was out of stock. Not sure which story is true since he had previously stated that Amazon claimed the shipment was in Georgia and now he said the order was canceled. We requested and received a refund after being told they don't give refunds but my husband insisted on a refund. We waited three weeks for nothing. They could have called and updated us.

Their resolution to the problem was install a new $300 hard drive and another $80. I had purchased one of their guaranteed hard drives 13 months prior. I was able to buy a new faster computer with 3 times larger hard drive than they wanted to sell me for $300. They still took me for $80 and coworker was able to reload windows for $0.00. No new hard drive required!

The owner took my information down gave me a ticket in exchange for my laptop and then I never heard from them again. The bottom line: Les Pell is a liar and a crooked businessman. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM! HE IS…read moreNOT TO BE TRUSTED. I brought my computer to Les Pell to have lost data recovered. He gave me an estimate for time and cost, and I agreed and left my computer for him to work on. He had me sign a slip describing the service he was to do, but it did not state the cost or time frame for service. The slip also stated that items not picked up within 7 days of completed service would be SOLD to cover the unpaid bill. I should have known to run at this point. I foolishly signed the thing. Les Pell was supposed to be done with my computer in a week. He wasn't. Every time I called to ask him about his progress on my computer, he would say it would be a few more days. There were also numerous times when he did not answer the phone, and his voicemail would not allow me to leave a message because the voice mailbox was full. After nearly 3 months of this charade, I told Les Pell that I wanted my computer back, and I would take it in its original condition, because I could not justify paying for his "services." He then demanded an amount of money far exceeding my estimate, even though he never recovered the data at all, or he would keep my computer and sell it to someone else. I then filed a complaint through the Governor's Office of Consumer Affairs. They forwarded my complaint to Pell and then sent Pell's response to me. The response Les Pell wrote was full of lies in which he stated he called me and opened on Sunday just for me to pick up my computer. He claimed I was trying to manipulate his prices and take advantage of him the whole time. None of this is true. I was unsuccessful in my attempts to get my computer back, and I was advised that legal action would be a further waste of money. So Les Pell kept my $600 computer and I later learned that he sold it. Please learn from my grave mistake and do not do business there.
