I have a very bad experience with my recent visit to this Best Buy - Warner Robins store location. Here's why: Last week I dropped off my gaming computer to have it serviced due to a power supply that went out. So after received an email stating that my gaming computer was ready to be picked up I arrived the gentleman at the Geek Squad stated I did not owe a balance for anything I repeated myself three different times and the gentleman said I did not OWE anything due to me being a total protect member. After leaving the store I received a phone call with voice mail a gentleman stating I did owe a balance he forgot to tell the gentleman I owed a balance. I do NOT think this is right to have me come back to the store when the other gentleman stated I did not OWE anything since being a total protect member. To me, This is not a good way to represent a multi million dollar company and how they handle their business with customers. Bad practice it seems like to me. read more

This is not a particularly good Best Buy. Nor is it the worst. Based on my latest visit, these are the opportunities that I saw. First, I never saw nor was spoken to by someone who worked there. Maybe they were shorthanded. Maybe people didn't show up when they were scheduled. But whatever the reason, I literally couldn't find any help. Second, the open box section of TVs is an absolute mess. There is essentially no organization to it and nothing was labeled so I had no clue how much stuff cost. I would have asked someone, but yeah, I couldn't find any help. This was frustrating as I was looking to buy a TV that day. Ultimately, it was a very disappointing visit and I left without buying a TV. I feel like there is great room for improvement. I won't return unless I absolutely have to. read more

Service at Best Buy was disappointing this time around. The first time I came in, I was helped immediately by an associate. They didn't have the product I wanted in stock, but they did look up the closest location that had it, which was Macon. I left the store, not wanting to make the drive to Macon, and decided to come back in. When I returned, the experience completely changed. I had to sign up to get help from a sales associate and was told I was in a queue, even though no one was actually waiting. When the associate finally came by, he quietly said a few names instead of clearly identifying who he was there to help. I had already explained exactly what I was looking for to the person who signed me up, and they said they added notes for the associate. However, the associate acted like he had no idea what I needed and just pulled up the website to check inventory something I had already done myself. While he was "helping" me, he stopped to assist a random female who walked into the store, which felt frustrating and unprofessional. Overall, the process felt unnecessary, unorganized, and like a waste of time. I expected better service. read more

Four stars just because the price at best buy is usually higher than other places. It's kinda like the GameStop of electronics at this point. However the quality is usually good. I recently had a bad experience with an open box item but I can't fault the entire store for that. The location is okay as long as you go outside of peak hours. Staff is courteous although checkout can be slow. I recommend as an alternative for electronics. Best buy usually isn't my first stop but almost never disappoints. read more

PSA: Don't order anything from Best Buy that you absolutely need. They have returned 3 of my last orders, either because of a "system error" or because the items weren't in stock like it said on both their mobile app and computer databases. Also, the associate that attempted to help me order my last order screwed it up TWICE. And now I'm having to wait 20-60 days until I get my full refunds. Stopped at this Best Buy because I wanted some DVDs to watch over the holiday since I was in this area. The location is pretty big but it seemed to have things set up everywhere. I don't know if it is just because it's not my local store, but it seemed so confusing?! So the thing I wanted, DVDs were literally all over the place. I found a rack in one area, a rack in another area, a third rack, and then I went to the back corner of the store and found some there too. I don't know why everything was so apart from one another. Was very confusing Another thing is that they had big bins out prepping for Black Friday which is great! But they took up half of the aisle. I can't imagine what that's going to be like on Friday when all of those mom's and guys looking for Playstations barrel though. I didn't like the set up at all. I did find a few movies to buy. The girl at the check out was super friendly. And did tell me they'd be open at 5am for Black Friday. Yikes, I thought. I'll definitely be in bed. But if that's your thing you'll now know the time. I'd probably stay shopping online instead of going to this location. They layout is too confusing. read more

If you know exactly what you want and don't need assistance with trying to figure out what item is best for you, just order online. Google and YouTube have great sites that can give advice on any product you are looking for, cause you won't find it here at this Best Buy. I was here on a Saturday and was looking to purchase a laptop. I only needed a staff member to order the product from the back, but after waiting 30 minutes for someone to be freed up, the employee asked if I had signed in to be in the queue. What que, and if I know what I want already,why am I waiting behind some dude that is clearly window shopping, thinking he is going to get a wealth of knowledge during his visit. I was told I was 4th in line after I gave the guy in the computer section my name. I then proceeded to order my item oqnline. It takes 1 hour to have online orders ready, and at that point, I had been waiting about 40 minutes with no help. The staff was not rude but seemed completely overwhelmed and disheveled. Based on what I could see, the store was not super busy, but for 10 people working the entire store, it was hard to get to the customers in a timely fashion. Unless you have a lot of time on your hands and just want to browse, don't come to this location. read more

A few incidents over online ordering with shipping to store delays and mysteriously missing items after getting notices to pickup item. All Geek Squad Home Plans were discontinued without being told! Citi Bank Best Buy had my credit card on auto-pay. We had an appointment setup from several weeks back for a Tech to come to our house tomorrow. Today we get a call from our normal Tech, Clifford. We were informed that the program was discontinued without informing any program holder. And, if we want to continue with their Geek program we would have to bring in the desk tops and laptops to get service. My husband called Best Buy Citi Bank and they were rude and scattered-brained! Couldn't get answers from there. We called to store. Couldn't get anywhere there. The 800# is just as bad and frustrating. They refuse you a Supervisor. If you want help they have to make a ticket. The Best Buy and Best Buy Citi Bank have rude, unknowledgeable, representatives. It is ridiculous and unprofessional. I will NEVER utilize Best Buy or Citi Bank Best Buy ever again. Purchased a washer 3 months ago. It stopped working. I reached out to Best Buy. I was appointed to the manufacturer. I was informed by a Representative that a tech would show on two different occasions. They never came. I called Best Buy in Warner Robins where it was purchased. Spoke to the store manager in regards to the the washer. The conversation over the phone was very unprofessional. He was rude and very impolite. I have NEVER experienced this type of customer service ever. I had to reach out to the district manager via email. He did respond. Not to mention we've waited on a washer for two weeks. Now it will be another week which I dont agree on the wait time. I called the same day and a lady answered the phone. I asked to speak to the manager and she replied and said "Why"? I stated because he left a message on my phone. I asked for her name and she specifically stated "I dont have to share that with you and hung up". Customer service is poor. Today I went in the store to buy an air fryer. I checked online to make sure they had the air fryer that I wanted. online stated there was only one left. it was 20 dollars off its original price. When I walked in a guy asked me do I need help. I asked where are the air fryers. I found the air fryer in two minutes. I get to the register and they say the barcode is reading item not available. Then the manager was giving me some fake story about the air fryer could come from another store and he could not give it to me for that price. then he said he will look at it later. I drove 15 minutes to get this air fryer and you telling me you can not call someone else to see what is going on. I left and called the customer service and had them order me from another location and it is coming to tomorrow. Thanks gosh for Best Buy customer service 1-800 number. Awful customer service. I bought a television and when I got it home it was shattered. When I took it back I waited in line at customer service only to be ignored. When I was helped I was told to go to the television area. When I pointed out nobody was back there the representative argued with me. I asked for the manager. When the manager arrived she didn't introduce herself and I told what was going on. My son was able to get help from our original sales representative and he brought over a new television. The manager then told me "we got you a new television anything else? ". No apology for the broken television or lack of service. When I went back to the original customer service representative she smirked at me as if to acknowledge she knew the manager would be useless. Awful service. We bought a Nintendo Switch a while back and paid for the "No Hassle" extra warranty. I will keep this as brief as possible. Our joycon controllers were not working correctly. We made an appointment and had to wait a week to go see the Geek Squad. When we got to our appointment we had a very hard time communicating due to all the new safety policies put in place for this Covid-19 thing. I.E Social distancing, plexiglass guards and mask. After repeating everything we said a couple of times I could make out that they wanted to send the joycons in to be repaired. I asked if we could just get some replacement joycons? (sold at Best Buy) and was told that is not how it worked. A couple of hours later I received a phone call saying that we did not need to turn in our joycons and we could come and get the bad Joycons and they would order us some new one to be shipped to us in the mail. Great. So a couple of weeks go by and no joycons. I got an email saying "you order has shipped" and accidently deleted it before reading it. So we called the store to try and find out what happened. We were repeatedly put on hold. Passed around from employee to employee. It was very clear that nobody wanted to deal with us. Finally we spoke to Lorenzo Walker. He informed us that there were no joycons for them to ship due to Covid-19 and that the best he could do is for us to return the whole system and give us our money back. He said there was an e-mail sent to me telling me this. He then put us on hold and disappeared. There are joycons for sale on the Best Buy web page. We asked if they could refund us the money we spent on the warranty they couldn't honor so we could buy the joycons that were on the web page that Lorenzo said they didn't have to ship. About this time we got a knock at front door while we were on the phone with Best Buy. It was UPS with a package. JOYCONS. Now the reason for the bad review is that Lorenzo Walker told us that not only did they not have joycons to ship to us that we had ben sent an e-mail stating that very thing. So basically I perceived that as Best Buy telling me it was my problem and go away. I am going to hope this is an isolated incident. But that is just a flat out lie and the confusion and disorganization at the Warner Robins store has convinced us to never return to that mess. read more

Placed an order and was given a store pickup date of 10 days later. At the end of the 10th day I get an email saying it's been delayed and if not in by another week, they would just cancer the order "or" I could have it delivered to my home address in 2 days instead. I chose to go ahead and have it delivered. I get a message next day saying it shipped already, but I find out 2 days later through the tracking number, that Best Buy lied about shipping it out UPS, as they don't even have that tracking number in the system. I try to get in touch with Best Buy about this and their virtual "chat" customer service is unavailable, no phone customer service available, and no response through email. "BEWARE" do not order from Best Buy, as their ordering and shipping system is very disingenuous. read more

I have always had good experiences with the customer service at the WR Best Buy location, however to beware of peak times because even the sales associates can be overwhelmed and that coupled with frustrated customers doesn't bide very well. read more

The service here is terrible. Wanted to return a MacBook Pro wasn't happy with the fact that it didn't have USB ports. Had my company information on it I work for very competitive company in an industry where everyone is constantly trying to get our data. Explain to them that I could not give them my password and let them reset it for me I would prefer to do it myself. After I reset the computer myself they told me that they would not take the return because I didn't let them reset it for me. For those of you who are Apple users I had FileVault enabled and they didn't know what it was. Geek squad is clueless. The problem with a bunch of people that think they are electronic engineer's working at a retail store is you can't tell them anything they already know everything. Listen to your customers guys not everybody is a moron. The whole time we were there I know that we were asked if someone could help us at least 4 times and we were there for about 30 to 45 mins, maybe an hour tops. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I was in your store today around 12:30 pm looking for a cover for my Ipad mini. That's exactly what I had to do was look, look and look for the cover display section. I saw several sales people miling around, two ladies working the iphone cover display section who glanced my way but neither asked if I needed help. Didn't even say Hi!!! Another lady two rows down, glanced but no inquiry or acknowledgement. I met one salesman three times in different areas of your store and looked eye to eye to him all 3 times but no smile, no inquiry, nothing. I'm asking you, if you see a customer walking around looking lost, what are you supposed to do? I found the display, picked out my cover.
