Unfortunately I still had problems so called Ryan back, puzzled. When Ryan came back he had already researched the issue. It was the part itself, and an ongoing class action suit from the manufacturer. He shared the information and I was able to pursue a return. He quickly assessed that the drain pump was not functioning correctly. He gave me a honest quote, and he asked if I wanted to make the repair. In addition to making the repair well, he spent time to check that the washer worked after replacing the part and that it did not leak before closing the washer up. He then moved back the washer in place even though I am the one who moved the washer in the first place. He gave me a 1-year warranty on the repair as he used a genuine LG part. He was professional and courteous. I would definitely call Home Pro Appliance again for any appliance problem.
