I looked at the receipt for the return policy and it only mentions air mattresses, nothing else. When I went to the store to return, the cashier said she was my cashier and she told me that when she originally rang me, she told me all underwear's are final, but she did not, had she did I NEVER WOULD'VE BOUGHT IT!!!!! She refused to give me her name, the "manager" refused to give me her name, she refused to give me her GMs name and her District managers name. She told me to "GOOGLE IT". This is a terrible business. Stealing people's money. I left them shitty ass boxers at their store, they can shove the 10.99 up their ass!!!!!!!! This business needs to GOOOOOOOOOO!!!!

I'm unimpressed with your store. You might sell items from other stores, but all I could see on…read moreyour shelves were inflated price tags, and not enough employees to help assist customers. I wasn't really looking for an employee, but it would have been nice to see someone looking to help if need-be. I mean, the one employee I saw was returning a cart of goods to the backroom, and was behind me. Otherwise, I never saw anyone else peruse the store looking to help those potentially needing the assistance or adjusting your stock on the shelves. Otherwise, I'm not really that "into" most of your clothes. They have a rather obscure design, and outside of that, items on the shelves just were too neat and tidy, that you just knew that you really couldn't (or shouldn't) buy here. Items on the shelves in the "miscellaneous goods section" really was impressive, but still was organized in such a manner that a quick perusal couldn't be done rather accurately - I kept going up an isle then looking on the other side, turning around and going back down that same isle, just because isles were rather clunky and disorganized into something that was "all a mess". I'd much rather spend a little more at big chain stores than shop at a place this disorganized. Also, what is up with the signs directing you to this place? Upon my first look inside the mall, I saw a sign directing me to "Shoppers World", however, minutes later (after meeting up with my mother and grandmother) I tried locating this place, but those same signs changed to read this location as the Burlington Coat Factory location in this corner. Can you fix your signs so that what shows from one direction will show from the others, because I was confused with this poor signage.

Coming Soon Apple Cinema? Nice!…read more Step into Brass Mill Center, where the ghosts of retail past mingle with the faint echoes of a once-bustling hub. If you're a nostalgia buff or just enjoy the eerie tranquility of a nearly deserted mall, this is the place for you! But don't let its quiet demeanor fool you - there are still some hidden gems to be found among the remaining shops. The upcoming arrival of Apple Cinemas might just breathe new life into this retail dinosaur, luring moviegoers who crave an experience beyond their living room couch. Perhaps this silver screen savior will entice shoppers back to the mall, giving Brass Mill Center a second chance to become a thriving community gathering spot once again. i did enjoy the friendly and alluring services in those weekend kiosks While it may not be the trendiest place to splurge on the latest designer duds or hunt down cutting-edge tech gadgets, you can score some deals at the few surviving stores. So come for the sales, stay for the haunting ambiance, and cross your fingers that Brass Mill Center's brighter days are just around the corner!

Based on the recent news I was expecting JCP to look like an Out of Business sale with yellow signs…read moreeverywhere. Apparently not. The store was business as usual. I went on a day where they were offering a discount on kids clothing (unmarked). I ended picking up (3) JoJo Siwa bows for less than the price of (2). The mall was dead compared to pre-covid so that helped with shorter checkout lines at JCP. I was able to find everything I was looking for and the cashiers were very helpful. I only wish that they better displayed the sale they were having on JoJo Bows. If I didnt happen to price check them I would of never known that they were on sale.
