I started buying from Tony when he worked at Male Image. Then I was buying a lot of clothes when Tony worked for Shultzy's Head to Toe. Tony bought Shultzy's Head to Toe and renamed it Tony's Mens Shop and I continued to buy clothes from him. Tony keeps up with the latest styles in high quality clothing from socks to suits and everything in between. My visit this past week was no different. I went to see Tony because I needed an outfit to wear to a wedding this coming Sunday. I'm not going to wear a suit to the wedding, which Tony found odd because he knows how I like to dress. But he took great care of me with the one outfit and then proceeded to show me more great clothes that I couldn't resist. I have a difficult time restraining myself when I'm at Tony's Mens Shop. So he took my phone number and told me that his father would call me if there were any issues and he said the dress would be done in 3 days. Today, exactly two weeks later, I go in to pick up my dress and the owner is there. He looks around, doesn't find the dress, asks me what color it was, then aimlessly walks around some more looking (the place is not that big). Then he asks me if I can come back because he can't find it and I said no I really can't, so after spending several more minutes walking around aimlessly, he started to say again that I was going to have to come back when he happened to look underneath the counter and pulled out my dress, which was not clean, and had been sitting there for the last two weeks in the same bag. He offered no explanation, no apology, just stood there looking at me. I took my dress and went somewhere else. Complete waste of my time.
