The arm of the jacket and the seat of the pants both have damage (as pictured) that is clearly from their machines. The shirt which is brand new has pulls and damaged snap buttons that no longer work. When I brought the suit in to show them the issue, they offered no remediation. Not even a refund of the $22.50 cost to clean the shirt. They tried claiming it was moth holes which is impossible. Look up moth holes. They chew through the entire material. This is not that.
