He was ready to hang up to get rid of me. Why should I call a different company? Anyways, I did it, after being on hold for 20 minutes, the other representative was just as clueless, did not ask for any information. Once I told him it was an amex card, he told me they only handle visa and mastercard transactions. Now I need to call Saks again to find the subsidiary that handles their amex transaction?! What a horrible waste of time, and inefficient workflow. They should have audit logs in place for their representatives to access and understand what went wrong. They just had zero explanation and wasted my time for nothing.

It appeared to me that this dog was not a service dog based on its behavior. I would like management to consider that not every customer is comfortable with an untrained or non-service dog in the store. Due to their lack of training, dogs could become aggressive in an unfamiliar environment. Also, I don't like it when a pet starts touching new items such as clothing or any other product inside the store. I'm paying money for new merchandise in perfect condition. If other retail stores can clearly state that only service dogs are accepted, you as a retailer can do the same. Even Walmart has posted notices at the entrance of their stores stating that only service dogs are accepted. Also, it is time for pet owners to be responsible and stop taking their untrained pets into every conceivable business. As a retailer, you should contribute to this goal by clearly stating that untrained dogs and/or pets should not be in the store.

The stores here aren't as exciting as they used to be. Whole Foods is a reason to come to this area (they also validate for discounted parking). There are also some nice restaurants such as Capital Grille (fully validate), PF Changs (no validation) and Maggianos (across the street). Bloomingdales is near PF Changs. There are other high end retail stores on the block. The parking garage at Wisconsin Place is approximately $3/hour. Look for street parking first (not just because it is cheaper). The garage is usually quite full so you'll need an extra 15 minutes just to circle and circle inside the garage. Take a picture of the level you parked your car to increase the chances of finding it again. Take your parking ticket with you since you can pay at the automated pay stations near the elevators.
