I buy household items here, and occassionally special holiday coffee's. But recently I found a couple pair of jeans I liked, so I bought them (and paid more than if I had ordered them through a better store...) and today I noticed they're falling apart already! And I've worn them twice! I believe thats wrong... people buy from these stores in good faith; and stores need to honor what they sell. If they sell junk, they should expect returns. But TJMAX wont take these pants back because I've worn them twice, as opposed to once! That even sounds stupid, so I searched for my receipt, and they were paid for on a credit card who will back what I purchase on that card. I am saying no more! Wrong, is wrong! The bank will file a dispute to refund my money (for both pairs!) And then never again will I buy the junk clothes sold in this store! read more
